The Qixinggang Tower was built in the 10th year of the Republic of China (1921). Farmers in the original Zhouxin Town raised funds for its construction. The Qixinggang Pagoda is an octagonal five-story pavilion-style building built with blue bricks. It faces the northeast and is nearly 20 meters high. The bottom floor is two meters long on a side and the wall is 0.97 meters thick. There is an arch on the front. The door opening is 2.25 meters high and 8 meters wide. The second floor and above are retracted towards the center of the tower step by step. Each floor is made of four layers of smooth bricks and three layers of angular bricks alternately stacked to form an eaves. The eaves are inlaid with yellow and green glazed tiles. There are real or fake arched windows on each side of each floor. It has an octagonal spire, a gourd-shaped pagoda, and the wall brick dimensions are roughly 28 by 11.5 by 6.5 centimeters. Under the fourth floor, there is a vertical sculpture of the four characters "mainstay". The original wooden floors on each floor of the pagoda cavity no longer exist. There was originally a stele inscribed on the construction of the pagoda in front of the pagoda, but it was not found after preliminary inspection.

The Qixinggang Tower is majestic and steady in shape and rigorous in structure. It is still well preserved and is a rare historical building in Qingyuan urban area and suburbs. The Qixinggang Pagoda is a Feng Shui tower, and it is also of certain value for the study of Qingyuan's past folk customs.
