Fried hollow powder with shredded egg and pork.

Ingredients: hollow powder (dry) 150g, 2 eggs, 50g shredded pork, Chinese cabbage 1 bar, millet pepper, pepper noodles and chopped green onion;

Seasoning: soy sauce, soy sauce, chicken essence, salt, cooking wine.

Treatment of dry powder:

1. Soak the dried hollow powder in cold water for 6- 1 1 hour. I put it in the refrigerator for one night and got up the next morning.

4. Soak the washed hollow powder in clean cold water and drain it when you want to fry it;

Treatment of side dishes:

1. Loosen the shredded pork, grab the cooking wine and raw flour evenly, marinate for 10 minute, and then put a little cooking oil to grab evenly;

2. Try to play for a long time, and there are rich bubbles on the surface of the egg liquid;

Cooking steps:

1. Take out the hollow powder and drain it;

2. Boil the oil pan, drain the oil again, and add the egg liquid to break up for later use;
