This car has no thermostat. Why is there no warm air?

1. The heater water tank is blocked.

In fact, the heater box of an automobile can be regarded as a scaled-down radiator of the engine water tank, and its internal structure contains many tiny cooling pipes, so this structure, like the radiator of the water tank, is prone to internal blockage. After the blockage, the flow rate of the coolant in the heater water tank will slow down, and the flow rate will also decrease. Due to insufficient heating, the air-conditioned heater will naturally not be hot.

There is something wrong with the thermostat.

In fact, the common problem of the thermostat is that it can't be turned on, but if the warm air is not hot because of the thermostat failure, it is because the thermostat can't be turned off, that is, the thermostat has been on. After the thermostat is normally open, the coolant will circulate from the engine idling.

If you use a car in winter in the north, the water temperature is low for a long time, and the warm air of the air conditioner is naturally not hot. As can be seen from the thermometer, the pointer is obviously lower than the normal scale. Therefore, if the warm air is not hot and the pointer scale of the water thermometer is still low, you may need to check the thermostat.

3, warm water valve failure.

After the hot water valve fails, the opening of the electronic control valve is no longer controlled by the computer, and it is in the state of normally open, normally closed or fixed position. At this time, there is no coolant flowing through the warm water tank or the flow rate is uncontrolled, so the warm air temperature of the air conditioner is naturally uncontrolled.

Under normal circumstances, when the engine is cold started, the working temperature is very low. In order to make the temperature rise rapidly, the coolant is pumped into the water distribution pipe by the liquid pump through the thermostat control (the main valve of the thermostat is closed), and the coolant does not flow through the radiator. At this time, it is a small cycle. When the coolant temperature reaches 87 degrees (Bora's thermostat opens at 87 degrees, which is the same as golf), the thermostat valve opens and the coolant begins to flow through the radiator.

Generally speaking, the coolant temperature can reach the normal temperature of 85~ 105 degrees about five minutes after the car is started. If the normal working temperature cannot be reached for a long time, or the temperature rises linearly over 1 10 degrees, it is doubtful whether the thermostat is out of order.
