Pude Temple, formerly known as Ju Temple and Pude Temple, is located in the north of Miluo River and was built in the seventh year of Kangxi. Here the tiger and elephant mountains stand proudly, surrounded by the beautiful water of the Mijiang River, and the vast mist is common. It once belonged to the ancient city of Luozi Kingdom during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. It is close to the tomb of Qu Yuan, the great patriotic poet in ancient my country and one of the "four major cultural celebrities in the world", the Chu Sanlu doctor. It can be described as beautiful mountains and rivers, natural treasures, and outstanding people. Legend has it that an eminent immortal once flew to this place and praised it: "Look left and right to see the pulse spirit. The tiger and elephant guard the door in front of the two mountains. The water of the Luo River is diverted by the great source, which can bring the dragon spirit into the temple."

The treasure land of spiritual veins and feng shui attracts people and gods to gather together. In 1668, the local people were deeply moved by the loyal spirit of Xu Yuan (now a native of Haining, Zhejiang), the governor of Suiyang (now Shangqiu, Henan) who died heroically in the Battle of Suiyang during the "An-Shi Rebellion", and built a "Jurisdiction Temple" on the west side of Quzi's tomb. ", offering sacrifices to Xu Yuan, the Ronglu doctor who has become the "General Manager of Nanyue's Divine Capital". In the following more than three hundred years, the temple has experienced many wars and twists and turns, and the people have repaired it many times, and the incense continues. After ten years of catastrophe, the temple was left in ruins. In 1984, the country's reform and opening up ushered in freedom of religious belief. With the strong support of government departments, local believers took the opportunity to rebuild the "Jurisdiction Temple". In 1998, it was renamed "Pude Guan", "Puze Lake promotes righteousness in Hunan, and the virtue of Qi, the sun and the moon protects the people." The reconstruction and development of the temple attracted great help from virtuous donors and believers from all over the world, speeding up the construction of the temple and towers and reaching new levels one after another. In particular, Mr. Chen Chimai, a Taiwanese compatriot, visited Pude Temple in 2002. Regardless of his 80-year-old age, he worked hard, established good relationships, attracted tens of millions of dollars in donations, and personally led the construction of the temple. As a result, Pude Temple began to enter the ranks of key provincial religious venues. In 2005, it was awarded the plaque of "Key Temples, Temples and Churches in Hunan Province" by the Provincial People's Government. In July 2006, it was renamed "Pude Temple" with the approval of the superior authorities.

Now, Pude Temple has begun to take shape and is magnificent. It covers an area of ​​more than 120 acres and has a construction area of ​​22,000 square meters. The mountain gate in front of the temple is high, the gate tower is tall and straight, the Ten Thousand Buddhas Pagoda and the Lotus Pagoda stand high in the sky. The Eight Immortals Palace, Bell and Drum Tower, Jushen Temple, Five Mountains Palace, Sanzu Hall and other palaces and towers are simple and elegant, and they are in the same line. The statues of Wei Ling in the hall, especially the three ancestors, the Eight Immortals and the Five Sacred Emperors are worshiped together in the same hall. They are unique and symbolize the unity of the three religions and the harmony of religions. There are complete supporting facilities such as lecture hall, life-releasing pool, layman building, and health-preserving hall. The temple has been initially developed into a religious site integrating Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism. It is also a key religious tourism scenic spot in Miluo City, attracting many benevolent believers from all over the country and Hong Kong and Taiwan to come to pray to gods and Buddhas and browse and sightsee.

The current Pude Temple has a 90,000-mile fairy bridge that opened the way, and a 3,000-year-old pulse. It occupies the cave heaven and blessed land, showing boundless magical power. It is emerging from the sky with the vitality of "flying dragons in the sky". It is full of brilliance and continues to write a new chapter of auspiciousness and harmony.
