How to adjust the pressure of automobile direction booster pump

1. Lead a thin tube from the outlet of the pump to the inlet of the pump, and install a regulating valve on the tube to regulate the outlet pressure of the pump through the regulating valve;

2. Add a regulating valve at the outlet of the pump, and adjust the opening of the valve to adjust the outlet pressure of the pump.

The booster pump is mainly divided into steering booster pump and brake booster pump, among which the steering booster pump is the "heart" part of the steering system as the power source of automobile steering. The brake booster pump is a large-diameter vacuum chamber with a diaphragm (or piston) with a push rod in the middle, which divides the chamber into two parts, one of which is communicated with the atmosphere and the other is connected with the engine intake pipe through a pipeline.
