The weather in Dashiqiao, Cangzhou
Legend has it that there was a monster named Nian in ancient China. Its head was long, sharp and fierce. I lived at the bottom of the sea for many years in. Every New Year's Eve, it crawls ashore to devour livestock and kill people. Therefore, every New Year's Eve, people in the village help the elderly and take care of the young, and flee to the mountains to avoid the injury of the year.
On New Year's Eve this year, the elephants were busy packing their bags and fled to the mountains. At this time, an old man with white hair came to the east of the village and told an old woman that he would drive Nian beast away as long as he was allowed to stay in her house for one night. People didn't believe it, but the old woman suggested that he go up the mountain to avoid it. The old man insisted on staying. When they saw that he couldn't stay long, they went up the mountain to take shelter.
When the beast was ready to break into the village and wreak havoc as usual, suddenly there was firecrackers from the white-haired old man. Nian beast trembled and never dared to move forward. Originally, Nian beast was most afraid of red, fire and explosion. At this moment, Daimon Masaru opened the door and saw an old man in a red robe laughing in the hospital. Nian beast was frightened to disgrace and fled in haste.
The next day, when people came to the village from the mountains, they found the village safe and sound. It suddenly dawned on me that the white-haired old man was a fairy who helped everyone drive away the Nian beast. At the same time, people also found three magic weapons for the white-haired old man to drive away the Nian beast. Since then, every year on New Year's Eve, every family has posted red couplets and set off firecrackers to keep the lights on. This custom has become the most popular among the people of China.
Legend of the lantern festival
After the death of Emperor Gaozu Liu Bang, Lv Hou's son Liu Ying became Emperor Hui of Han Dynasty. Hui Di was born weak and indecisive, and power gradually fell into the hands of Lv Hou. After Hui Di's death, he monopolized state affairs and turned Liu's world into Lu's. Senior officials in the DPRK and Liu Zongshi were deeply indignant, but they were afraid of cruelty and dared not tell anyone.
After Lv Hou's death, Zhu Lu has been in a state of anxiety, afraid of being hurt and excluded. So he secretly gathered in the general's home and plotted an uprising in an attempt to completely seize Liu's country.
This incident reached the ears of Liu Nang, the king of Qi in the Liu clan. In order to protect Liu's country, Liu Nang decided to attack Zhu Lu. Then, he contacted Zhou Bo and Chen Ping, founding fathers, and designed and promoted Lv Lu. The "Zhu-Lu Rebellion" was finally completely put down.
After the rebellion, the ministers made Liu Heng, the second son of Liu Bang, the Chinese Emperor. Deeply impressed by the hard-won peace and prosperity, Emperor Wendi designated the 15th day of the first month as the day to pacify the "Rebellion among the Lus" and have fun with the people, and every household in Beijing celebrated with lanterns and colorful decorations. Since then, the fifteenth day of the first month has become a folk festival celebrated by everyone-the Lantern Festival.
Lubanzao stone bridge
According to legend, in the Yuan Dynasty, there was a stone bridge in the south of Zhaozhou (now Zhaoxian County, Hebei Province), which was built by Lu Ban and was very strong. After completing the bridge, Lu Ban boasted: "The bridge between ancient and modern times is unparalleled." His words were heard by a local fairy named Zhang. So, Zhang Shenxian rode a donkey to the bridge and said to Lu Ban with a smile, "This bridge has strong stone pillars, but if I cross it, can you guarantee that the bridge will not shake?" "He said, riding a donkey on the stone bridge, I saw the stone bridge shaking, as if to collapse. Seeing this, Lu Ban hurried to the foot of the bridge and held the stone bridge with both hands to make it as strong as ever. Up to now, there are traces of the head, tail and four feet of the donkey that the fairy rode on the bridge. This story was first seen in the Story of the Lake and the Sea in the Yuan Dynasty. After the Yuan Dynasty, it was widely circulated, and Zhang Shenxian became Zhang. This is where the story of Zhao Zhouqiao in the musical "Little Cowherd" circulated today comes from. In fact, Zhao Zhouqiao, formerly known as Anji Bridge, was built for Li Chun, a craftsman in the Sui Dynasty. The bridge still spans the river today.
The origin of Tianjin
After Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, ascended the throne, he divided his sons into kings and stationed them all over the country. His fourth son, Judy, was made a prince and stationed in Peiping, which is now Beijing. After Zhu Yuanzhang's death, he passed it on to his eldest grandson Zhu Yun. In order to compete with Zhu Yun for the throne, Judy launched the "Battle of Jingnan" in the history of China. 1399, Judy, the prince of Yan, led his army south, crossed the river from Sanchakou, Tianjin, and attacked Cangzhou. 1402, invaded Nanjing, the capital of the Ming dynasty, and ascended the throne of the emperor. After Judy acceded to the throne, she admired the Sanchahekou he passed when he fought in the world. He thought it was a treasure trove of geomantic omen and asked his minister to give them names. Finally, Judy chose the word "Tianjin", which means "the son of heaven crossed the land of Tianjin", hence the name Tianjin. Soon, Judy moved to Beijing, Tianjin became the gateway of Beijing, and its military status became increasingly important. In the second year of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty (AD 1404), Wei was established in Tianjin. "Wei" was the military establishment of the Ming Dynasty. Tianjin * * * set up three guards with more than 16,000 troops. Therefore, people also call Tianjin Tianjinwei. Building a city is building a city, and Tianjin, as a complete urban history, started from here.
Li Bai asked a teacher
In his later years, Li Bai was politically frustrated. With a melancholy mood, he traveled to Xuancheng, Nanling, Shexian (in Anhui), quarrying and other places, writing poems, drinking and roaming famous mountains and rivers.
One morning, as in the past, Li Bai was buying wine in a hotel on Shexian Street when he suddenly heard someone in the woodshed next door ask, "Grandpa, how can you pick so much firewood at your age?" Where do you live? "
The answer is hearty laughter. Then, I heard someone shouting:
"Negative pay to sell, sell wine to the west.
Excuse me, where is home? Go through the clouds into the jade! "
Li Bai was surprised. Who is this? Unexpectedly, I sang such a touching poem casually! He asked the bartender, who told him: This is an old man named Xu Xuanping. He hates the government, sees through the secular world and lives in seclusion in the mountains, but no one knows which mountain he lives in. Recently, he often travels around here. Every day at dawn, he saw Chai Jin Town with flower spoons and bamboo sticks hanging on the firewood. He drank while selling firewood, and when he was drunk, he sang poems along the way. Passers-by think he is crazy.
Li Bai thought: Isn't this the same "poetry idiot" as himself? He immediately turned and went out, only to see the old man on the street bridge. Although he walked very hard, Li Bai couldn't catch up anyway.
Catch up with the small bridge, cross the bamboo forest and bypass the tributaries of the river. Li Bai is so tired that his back aches and his legs ache. By the time he looked again, the old man had already disappeared. Li Bai sighed: "I really met a fairy!"
He lifted his robe and hurried on, but he still didn't see the old man and had to come back disappointed.
That night, Li Bai couldn't sleep, recalling that he hadn't made many real poetry friends except Du Fu for most of his life. I didn't expect to meet such a poet today, but the opportunity can't be missed. I have to find him!
The next day, Li Bai waited at the gate of Chai Caohang until sunset, and there was no trace of the old man.
On the third day, the fourth day, I failed every day.
On the fifth morning, Li Bai picked up the hip flask and set off with dry food. He made up his mind that if he couldn't find the old man, he would die in the mountains here.
Over the hill full of wild flowers, across the swift stream, through the thorns, for more than a month, I still haven't seen the shadow of the old man. Li Bai is a little discouraged. At this moment, he remembered his mother-in-law who used an iron pestle to grind needles when she was a teenager. My mother-in-law put it well: "As long as you have the determination, the iron pestle is ground into a needle." If you want to find the old man, it depends on your perseverance. Thinking of this, Li Bai tightened his belt, gritted his teeth and walked on. Tired, lie on the rock and sleep for a while; When you are hungry, pick a handful of wild fruits to satisfy your hunger; When you are addicted to alcohol, you can have a nice drink with a hip flask.
That night, the sunset glow dyed the sky red, and the clear spring and the bamboo set each other off, which was particularly beautiful. Li Bai misses the old man so much that he can't enjoy the scenery. He dragged his tired body and limped to the foot of Ziyang Mountain near Huangshan Mountain. Turning the mountain pass, I saw a boulder standing in front of me, which seemed to be engraved with words. Li Bai forgot his fatigue and jumped on him to identify him carefully. Oh, it turned out to be a poem:
"Thirty years of seclusion, built room nanshan.
Play with the bright moon in the quiet night and drink Biquan at leisure.
The woodcutter sings on the ridge, and the valley birds play in front of the rocks.
I don't know how old I am, but I forgot the year of Jiazi. "
After reading it three times in a row, Li Bai lost his voice and cried, "Wonderful! Wonderful! What a fairy voice! " I thought to myself: when I see the old man, I must worship him three times and ask for advice. Although I have been dealing with poetry for decades, it is really the first time for me to appreciate this poem with the fragrance of wild flowers.
He turned around and saw a pile of rice lying on the flat ground next to the cliff stone. It seems that it must be Lao Xu Man Xuanping. Li Bai simply squatted aside, enjoying the scenery in the mountains, while waiting for the old man to harvest food.
When it was dark, Li Bai suddenly heard the sound of knocking from the foot of the mountain. He looked inside and saw a boat rowing on the river below, and an old man with a flowing beard stood at the bow and paddled. Li Bai stepped forward and asked, "Excuse me, old man, where is Lao Xu Man Xuanping's home?"
It turns out that this old man is Lao Xu Man Xuanping whom Li Bai is looking for. Last time I saw Li Bai wearing a royal robe, I thought the court sent someone to ask him to be an official, so I never wanted to go to Shexian again. Unexpectedly, this person actually followed. At this time, the old man glanced at Li Bai, pointed to the fence with his finger and casually replied: "A bamboo pole at the door is Xu Weng's home!" "
Li Bai looked up at the lush mountains and asked, "There are bamboos everywhere. Where can I find them? "
The old man looked at the dusty and sweaty guest again and asked, "Are you ..."
"I am Li Bai." Say, a deep yi.
The old man froze: "Are you Li Bai? Are you Li Bai? "
Li Bai quickly explained his purpose.
Hearing this, the old man arched his hands and said, "Oh, you are a poet today! I am just a drop in the sea of poetry. " Why do you want a drop of water for advice? You really don't deserve it! You don't deserve it! "Say that finish, hold up the boat and go back.
Li Bai grabbed the old man's sleeve and begged, "Old man, it's been three months. I've been looking for you everywhere, and I finally met my teacher. Can't you send me back? "
Li Bai's sincere words touched the old man's heart. The two men looked at each other for a long time, and the old man suddenly grabbed Li Bai and jumped into the boat.
Since then, people often sit on the big bluestone beside the stream with the white old man, drinking and reciting poems, whether in the morning glow or in the afterglow of the sunset. Laughter and laughter merged with the noise of the waterfall and were sent thousands of miles away with the stream. ......
Today, when many tourists come to Huangshan Mountain, they always like to follow the gurgling stream to trace Li Bai.
Did you get a look at him? Passing Hutouyan, there is a huge stone engraved with the word "drunken stone" under the singing string spring. Legend has it that Li Bai and the old man enjoy the mountain scenery here, drinking and reciting poems. They often use nearby spring water to clean wine glasses, so this spring water is called "cup-washing spring".
Exhausted one's literary talent
There was a famous gifted scholar named Jiang Yan in the Southern Dynasties. He wrote many wonderful essays and poems in his life, and was called "Jiang Lang, a gifted scholar".
Jiang Yan, a native of Kaocheng, Jiyang (now lankao county, Henan), lived with his mother since childhood. Although his family was poor, Jiang Yan wrote a good article by his own efforts when he was young. Later, Jiang Yan's fame spread to Liu, the king of the Southern Dynasties. Liu Sujing appreciated Jiang Yan's talent, so he wrote to Jiang Yan, hoping that Jiang Yan could be his subordinate. Hou Jiangyan went to see Liu, and they had a very speculative talk. Soon, Liu promoted Jiang Yan to the secretariat of South Yanzhou. Unexpectedly, at this time, a county magistrate named Guo committed a crime. In order to exonerate himself, he falsely accused Jiang Yan of accepting his bribes, and Jiang Yan was also arrested in the state prison.
Jiang Yan asked himself clearly, so he wrote a long letter to Liu in prison, in which he made a generous statement and expressed his inner grievances. This is really a wonderful article. After reading this letter, Liu was very moved and immediately sent someone to release Jiang Yan from prison. After being released from prison, Jiang Yan was admitted to the first scholar in South Xuzhou, and since then, Jiang Yan's reputation as a talented person has become even greater.
After Xiao Daocheng destroyed Song Liqi, Jiang Yan was invited to write history as a historian. Once, an ancient tomb was excavated in Xiangyang and a jade mirror and some bamboo slips were unearthed. No one could understand the ancient characters on the bamboo slips, so people showed them to Jiang Yan, who recognized that they were written by Zhou Xuanwang. Since then, Jiang Yan's fame has been widely circulated. After Xiao Yan established the Liang Dynasty, Bai Jiangyan became Dr. Guanglu, the emperor's senior adviser, and was later made the Duke of Liling, giving him a fief.
After Jiang Yan became a big official, he lived a pampered life and was no longer willing to write articles. After a long time, people's thinking declines, and sometimes they can barely write something, but after reading it, they feel very boring. Therefore, people say with great regret, "Jiang Lang has come to an end. 」
Sublime or seclusion
Lin Bu lived in seclusion in Xiaogushan, West Lake, Hangzhou in his later years. Three hundred and sixty-five plum trees were planted on the mountain. Weeding, fertilizing and hard work on weekdays. When the plums are ripe, crowds of vendors come to buy his plums. He sells plums not by weight, but by the weight of each plum tree, and the valuation is fair. So the vendors like to buy his plums. He also prepared 365 bamboo tubes, put all the money sold by each tree into bamboo tubes and numbered them. Whether there are guests or no guests, or more guests and fewer guests. Live with the money of a bamboo tube plum a day, and never need a penny again.
He also keeps two white cranes. When the guest came, Mr. Wang whistled, flew in and stood in front of him. He put the money and the note in a bag and hung it around the crane's neck so that the crane could fly to the city to buy fish, food and wine. When the vendors saw the crane coming, they knew that Mr. Wang had a visitor, so they collected money and paid for the goods opened on the note and handed them over to the crane to take back.
Legend of Tieguanyin
In Xipingou village, Anxi, there is a beautiful fairy lake, and a strange orchid grows on the cliff by the lake. A little girl picking tea and flowers fell off a cliff to pick a strange orchid ..... Since then, the tea planted here has the fragrance of orchids. In memory of this beautiful and kind girl, the local people named this kind of tea "Tieguanyin" and "Tie". This legend has become an endless hymn of tea villagers!
The Legend of Zhao Zhouqiao
The ancient Zhaozhou is now Zhaoxian County, Hebei Province. There are two stone bridges in Zhaozhou, one in the south and the other in the west. The Dashiqiao in the south of the city looks like Changhong on the river, which is magnificent. According to folklore, this big stone bridge was built by Luban. The small stone bridge in the west of the city looks like a little white dragon floating on the water. It is said that this small stone bridge was built by Luban's sister Lu Jiang. These two bridges are well built! "Little Cowherd" was staged on the stage, and there was such a lyric: "Grandpa Luban built a stone bridge in Zhaozhou, while the sage left a jade railing, Zhang rode a donkey bridge, and King Chai pushed a cart to roll a ditch." This is the legend of Lubanxiu Zhao Zhouqiao.
According to legend, Lu Ban and his sister traveled around the world. When they arrived in Zhaozhou, a white river stopped them. People push carts, carry burdens, sell onions, sell garlic, ride horses to catch exams, and pull donkeys to catch meetings, making a scene and vying to cross the river into the city. There are only two boats swaying from side to side in the river, and few people can cross it for a long time. Lu Ban saw it and asked, "Why don't you build a bridge over the river?" People say, "The river is wide, the water is deep and the waves are urgent. Who dares to repair it? Even with lanterns, you can't find such a skilled craftsman! " When Lu Ban heard this, he reached an agreement with his sister Lu Jiang to build two bridges for pedestrians.
Lu Ban said to his sister, "Let's build a big stone bridge first, and then a small one!"
Lu Jiang said, "All right!"
Luban said; "Repairing bridges is hard work, don't be afraid of hardship!"
Lu Jiang said: "Not afraid!"
Lu Ban said: "It's good not to be afraid. Your heart is stupid and your hands are clumsy. If you are afraid of suffering, you will be in trouble. " This sentence made Lu Jiang unhappy. She said unconvinced, "Don't blame me for being all thumbs. Today, we will repair it alone. You fix the big ones and I'll fix the small ones and compete with you. "
A game to see who can fix it quickly and well. "
Lu Ban said, "OK, let's play! When will it start and when will it be completed? "
Lu Jiang said: "As soon as it gets dark, the stars start to work and the chickens call it a day." It's a deal. Brother and sister prepare separately.
Luban leisurely headed west towards the mountains. When Lu Jiang arrived in the west of the city, he hurried to do it. As she repaired it, she thought, don't be busy, I have to pull you down. Sure enough, the small stone bridge was repaired after midnight. Then she quietly ran to the south of the city to see what her brother had done. When I came to the south of the city, there was not even a bridge on the river. Luban is not by the river either. She thinks her brother will lose this time. I can see when I turn my head, on the Taihang Mountain in the west, a man is driving a flock of sheep to jump down the mountain. Looking closer, it turned out that her brother was driving the sheep. Where is the shepherd? The stone as white as snow and as smooth as jade has arrived. When these stones reached the river, they became processed stones in a blink of an eye. There are square bridge foundation stones, rectangular bridge deck stones, crescent-shaped arch ring stones and beautiful railings. Beautiful sentry boxes, all used on bridges, have everything. Lu Jiang was shocked when he saw it. How strong it would be to build a bridge with such a good stone! In contrast, the one I made is not good, and I need to find a way to remedy it quickly. It's too late to rebuild, so work hard to catch up with him in carving! She quietly returned to the west of the city and began to work. On the railing, she carved Pangu Tiankai and Dayu to control water, and also carved Cowherd and Weaver Girl and Feng Dan facing the sun. What rare birds and animals, exotic flowers and herbs, carved like real ones. Carving birds can spread their wings and fly, carving flowers and smelling incense. She was satisfied with this exquisite sculpture and ran to the south of the city to peek at Lu Ban. At first glance, I let out a cry of surprise. How did Changhong in the sky fall on the river? Looking carefully, it turned out that my brother built the bridge, except for the last sentry on the bridge. Her uncle played a joke on his brother when he won the bet. She squatted behind Liu Kezi, holding her throat and stretching her neck, and "goo goo-"learned a cock crow. Her cry attracted chickens from nearby families. When Lu Ban heard the cock crow, he quickly put the last sentry on the bridge, and the bridge was completed.
The two bridges, one large and one small, are very beautiful. The big stone bridge in Luban is magnificent and durable; The small stone bridge built by Lu Jiang is exquisite and beautiful. Zhaozhou built two bridges overnight, and the next day it caused a sensation in the nearby prefectures and counties. Everyone saw it, and everyone praised it. Skillful craftsmen come here to learn skills, and girls with good skills come here to draw patterns. People who come to visit every day are like running water. This miracle soon reached the ears of Peng Caixian's daughter Zhang. Zhang does not believe it, he thinks that Lu Ban has such a great skill! I asked Master Chai to come and have a look. Zhang is riding a little black donkey and Chai Wang is pushing a unicycle. When they came to Zhaozhou Dashiqiao, they happened to meet Lu Ban standing on the bridge, watching the passers-by laughing! Zhang Lao Guo asked Lu Ban, "Did you build this bridge?" Lu Ban said, "Yes, what's the matter?" Zhang pointed to the unicycle of the little black donkey and Chai and said, "Can it stand when we cross the bridge?" Lu Ban gave them a fat look and said, "The big mule is in Malaysia, and the golden cart and silver cart are passable. Can't you get through driving a broken car in Xiao Lv? " Hearing this, Zhang felt that his breath was too loud, so he used magic to gather the sun and the moon together and put them in the wallet on the donkey's back. The sun was on the left and the moon was on the right. Master Chai also used magic to gather the five famous mountains and put them in the car. They laughed and pushed the donkey onto the bridge. As soon as I got on the bridge, I watched it flickering. Lu Ban quickly jumped under the bridge, raised his right hand to hold the bridge and saved it.
After crossing the bridge, Zhang turned to Chai Gong and said, "No weirdo praised this bridge. This bridge built by Lu Ban is really a big talk to the West. " Chai princess nodded and said yes, pointing to Luban who had just returned to the bridge with her thumb. Lu Ban looked at their backs and said to himself, "These two are not simple!"
Now, on the bridge deck of Zhaozhou Stone Bridge, there are still footprints of riding a donkey and ditch marks rolled by Chai Wang's cart. Anyone who goes to Zhaozhou Shiqiao can see that there is a big handprint under the bridge, but now it is not clear.
(Note: According to historical records, Zhao Zhouqiao was designed and built by Li Chun, a craftsman of Sui Dynasty. )
