Insufficient antifreeze will also affect air heating. This is not only an indispensable medium for cooling the engine, but also a heat transfer medium for heating the automobile. After the antifreeze absorbing engine heat enters the warm water tank, it will heat the warm water tank, and the wind blown out through the warm water tank is hot air. If the antifreeze is insufficient, the amount flowing into the small warm air box will be reduced, and the heat of the warm air box will be insufficient, so the blown wind will naturally not be hot. Therefore, check the coolant regularly. If it is found that the coolant is less than the minimum scale value (the normal capacity of antifreeze coolant should be between the minimum and maximum), please add it in time. 3. If the warm water tank is blocked, the antifreeze can't enter the warm water tank, or the incoming flow is small, which will also affect the air heating. In addition, if this thing is broken, it will be more troublesome to maintain, because the entire dashboard needs to be removed to find it. It is necessary to clean the warm water tank and radiator of the water tank and replace all the coolant to completely solve this fault. 4. The thermostat failure may also affect the air heating regulation. The thermostat is a tool for automatically adjusting the temperature, similar to the valve of our faucet. The circulating range of water is changed through the valve, and the heat dissipation capacity of the cooling system is adjusted to ensure that the engine works in a suitable temperature range. If the thermostat fails, the main valve cannot be opened, and the antifreeze cannot dissipate heat through the water tank, which will lead to overheating of the engine. On the other hand, if the main valve is not closed and kept open, the water tank will continuously emit the heat of antifreeze, which will cause the engine water temperature to be low, the warm air temperature to be not hot enough or the heating time to be prolonged. In addition, if the engine water temperature is low for a long time, it will not reach the optimal working temperature, which will lead to problems such as high fuel consumption and increased wear.
