What is the establishment of the Tobacco Monopoly Bureau?

According to the nature of the unit, the Tobacco Monopoly Bureau belongs to the establishment of public institutions. The Tobacco Monopoly Bureau is the national administrative organ, referred to as the National Tobacco Bureau, and co-located with China Tobacco Corporation.
