Legal basis: Article 5 of Several Provisions on Introducing High-level Talents in Wenzhou;
Key targets for introducing high-level talents:
(1) academic and technical leaders and outstanding top-notch talents with high reputation at home and abroad;
(two) professional and technical personnel who have won the title of "young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions" at the national or provincial level;
(three) professional and technical personnel who have obtained a master's degree or above or have professional and technical titles above the subtropical high school;
(four) professional and technical personnel who have made major scientific and technological inventions in a certain field;
(5) Senior managers who have held leading positions in key domestic enterprises in this industry and achieved great economic and social benefits;
(six) in the state organs at or above the division level (including division level), with strong organizational leadership and coordination ability of compound senior talents;
(seven) professional and technical personnel and management personnel with bachelor degree or above urgently needed in high-tech industries, leading industries, emerging industries and key projects;
(eight) other senior talents with special talents or significant contributions.
