How to disassemble the JAC Ruifeng m4 water pump

1. Clamp the water pump body shell and fix it in the fixture or on the platform.

2. Loosen the belt pulley fastening bolts and remove the belt pulley.

3. Disassemble the front cover and pump casing, but be careful to loosen the fastening bolts in batches.

4. Use a puller to remove the pulley flange and the water pump impeller. Care should be taken to prevent damage to the impeller and press out the water pump shaft and bearings.

5. Disassemble the water pump shaft and bearing, press out the water seal and oil seal, loosen the pump body shell, change the clamping position, remove the fastening bolts of the water inlet joint, and remove the pipe.

6. Remove the sealing ring, disassemble the thermostat, and replace all gaskets and sealing rings.
