Wushan County is a county under the jurisdiction of Tianshui City, Gansu Province, located in the southeast of Gansu Province and the west of Tianshui City. Located in the compound zone between the western part of the northern slope of Qinling Mountains and the southwest edge of the Loess Plateau in central Gansu Province, it has a temperate continental semi-humid monsoon climate and is adjacent to six counties.

Wushan is named after Wucheng Mountain, which is located in the southwest of the county seat.
