Methods and skills of pond culture.

The methods and skills of fish culture include cleaning and disinfection, fish release and stocking density.

1, cleaning and disinfection

Before fish farming, the pond should be cleaned from early winter to early spring to drain the pond water, transport the silt, widen and reinforce the ridge of the pond, and clean the pond with drugs at the same time. Fish must be strictly disinfected before entering tang qian to avoid cross-infection of fish diseases.

2. Types of fish.

The time to release fish should be sooner rather than later, and releasing fish early is one of the experiences to ensure high yield. In the southern region, preparations should be made for stocking fry after spring every year.

At this time, the water temperature is still low, the fry scales are tight, and it is not easy to pull the net and transport, which can obviously improve the survival rate. As soon as the weather gets warmer, fish can adapt to the new water environment smoothly. It should be noted that in early spring, when the weather is cold, fish should be planted in sunny days.

3. Carrying capacity

The stocking density is related to many factors such as environmental factors, feed conditions, species and specifications of fish species, and it is very flexible. If the pond conditions are good, the feed fertilizer is sufficient, and the fish species are few, the aerator and high-level culture technology can be used, otherwise the stocking density will be thinner.

How to disinfect fish ponds?

1, quicklime disinfection: it is the most common disinfection method in fish ponds. It uses the principle that quicklime is heated by water to disinfect. Before releasing the fish, pour quicklime into the pond for disinfection. During disinfection, the water level in the pond needs to be controlled at about 8 cm.

2. Disinfection of bleaching powder: When bleaching powder meets water, it will produce various legal reactions, and the oxygen released in the reaction can sterilize. When in use, bleach powder should be used according to the pond area and sprinkled into the pond comprehensively and evenly.

3. Disinfection of dead leaves of tea leaves: the residue of oil extraction from camellia oleifera is used for disinfection of fish ponds. Tea saponin in dead tea leaves can dissolve red blood cells of fish, prevent miscellaneous fish and disinfect ponds.
