How to adjust pneumatic control valve

The adjustment of pneumatic control valve can be carried out according to the specific control requirements and the change of medium flow. Generally, the following methods are adopted:

1. Manual adjustment method: manually open and close the pneumatic control valve, and adjust the valve opening by observing the value of flowmeter or pressure gauge to meet the control requirements. Although the adjustment accuracy is low, it is suitable for some simple occasions.

2. Electronic adjustment mode: the electronic regulator controls the opening of the pneumatic control valve through the electric signal from the circuit to adjust the medium flow. The electronic regulator can continuously and automatically adjust according to the change of different media flow.

3. Automatic frequency conversion adjustment mode: The automatic frequency conversion regulator realizes the adjustment function by adjusting the actuator of the pneumatic control valve, and usually adopts PID adjustment algorithm to accurately adjust the valve.

It should be noted that when adjusting the pneumatic control valve, the appropriate adjustment mode should be selected according to the actual situation, and the control rules and components should be understood to avoid affecting the production process. When installing and debugging pneumatic control valve, it should also be operated as required, and the parameters and control scheme of the valve should not be changed at will.
