Wuhan Guiyuan Temple draws lots.

There is no distinction between high and low career, but one's ambition must be high. This symbol can fill the whole Gankun. The ever-burning lamp illuminates the ancient temple every night, knowing that it is the Dade monk who sacrifices to the Buddha day and night. This is his literal translation. The whole poem tells the world that no matter what the situation is, we must aim high. To keep moving towards this goal, we can't fish for three days and dry the net for two days.
