When necessary, the local government should send additional traffic management personnel and public security personnel to help maintain the order of on-site ferry. Fifteenth ferries are not allowed to carry inflammable, explosive, toxic, harmful and other dangerous goods. If it is really necessary to ferry dangerous goods, it must be handled in accordance with the provisions of the state on the transportation of dangerous goods, and an application should be made to the harbour superintendency administration in the area where it is located before each transportation. After approval, reliable safety measures should be taken to ferry the goods only once, and it is strictly forbidden to mix them with the passengers.
