First, draw lots.
On the day of the exam, after the candidates arrive at the examination room, they need to draw lots to decide who you interview with under the arrangement of the staff. For example, 1 group candidates A. Be careful to arrive early. Candidates who fail to report to the corresponding group at the centralized lottery place within the time limit are not allowed to enter the examination room, and will be given up automatically.
Second, wait for the exam.
After the lottery, we will go to the waiting room to wait for the exam as required. After reaching our own order, there will be an examination room guide to guide everyone to the interview. Pay attention to civilization and wait for the exam. While waiting for the exam, you are not allowed to walk around or enter or leave the waiting room at will. You need staff to accompany you when you go to the toilet. If the examination time is in the afternoon, lunch will be provided by the examination room and sent to the waiting room by the staff.
Third, prepare for the exam
Go to the exam preparation room first and look at the questions and think about them. Generally, the preparation time for the three questions is 15 minutes, such as taxation and customs. In the exam preparation room, each candidate will be provided with a question book, draft paper and pen. It is not allowed to mark the problem book, only to list the outline on the draft paper. Candidates are not allowed to discuss with each other during the preparation period. At the end of the preparation period, the problem book will be recycled, and only draft paper can be brought into the examination room.
Fourth, the exam.
Structured group interview is divided into two stages: taking turns to answer questions and mutual evaluation of candidates. Before the exam begins, the examiner will give you a brief guide, telling you the interview form and the relevant requirements of the exam, guiding you to start the two stages in an orderly manner and explaining the specific process of each stage. Examiners generally do not give guidance and ask candidates to avoid telling lies and empty words. When commenting, candidates should say at least one question to each comment object.
1, take turns to answer questions. This is a strict order of answering questions, so be careful not to be confused. This is also a test of everyone's awareness of rules. Take "three people in a group with three questions" as an example. The order of answering the first question is examinee A, examinee B and examinee C. After answering the first question, answer the second question in the order of examinee B, examinee C and examinee A, and so on. The order of answering the third question is candidate C, candidate A and candidate B, and each candidate has the opportunity to "answer the first question".
2. Candidates' mutual evaluation stage. After answering the questions, it is necessary to enter the stage of mutual evaluation of candidates, and it needs to be carried out in the required order. Each candidate comments on the answers to all the interviewer's questions at one time, and the comment order follows the principle of going home first and then going home.
Take "three-person group" as an example. Candidate A comments first, and the order of comments is candidate B and candidate C. After candidate A comments, the people who are commented immediately respond in order; Then there is candidate B's comments, and the order of comments is candidate C, candidate A, and so on. Candidate C's evaluation of Candidate A and Candidate B.
