When is the best time to go to the former site of Tangkou and Shuangxi New Fourth Army?

In the 27th year of the Republic of China (1938)1late October, the independent division of the Red Army in Mindong was ordered to be reorganized into the sixth regiment of the third detachment of the New Fourth Army. In Tangkou Village, pingnan county, it was newly organized by the National Revolutionary Army, with Ye Fei as the head and Ruan Yingping as the deputy head, and three battalions and nine companies under its jurisdiction. The regimental headquarters is located in Pan Meigu Hospital of Tangkou Anglican Church. The first battalion is located in two groups of buildings, such as Panmeigu Hospital and Shuhua Girls' School, the second battalion and machine repair station are located in the residential building of Houzhailong in Tangkou, and the third battalion is located in Shuhua Girls' School and the Anglican Church (commonly known as Xiatang). On February 4th, 300 or 400 people, including Ye Fei, led a delegation and led troops to Shuangxi Village. The regimental headquarters was stationed in Lushi Ancestral Hall, and others were stationed in public houses such as Shengren Temple and Mingluntang.
In the same month, from 14 to 15, the sixth regiment set out from Tangkou and Shuangxi in batches and sent troops north to resist Japan. 1In July, 1984, Pingnan County Party Committee and County Government established the "North Monument of the Sixth Regiment of the New Fourth Army" in Tangkou and Shuangxi Village respectively. 1August, 986, Vice Chairman Ye Fei wrote "Former Site of the Sixth Regiment of the Third Detachment of the New Fourth Army" for the former site.
