1. Qingyuan Gulong Gorge Scenic Area.
It is located in Binjiang Gorge, Qingxin District, Qingyuan City. It is located in Dongpi Town, 26 kilometers north of Lianzhou City, Qingyuan. It is hidden in the majestic Dakou Rock Cave and is a large underground river cave. Being in it, a feeling of "a different world" arises spontaneously. Among the high mountains at the junction of the three provinces of Guangdong, Hunan and Guangxi is a subtropical karst landform, karst cave and underground river landscape. According to the analysis of geologists, the cave was formed due to crustal movement 200 million years ago.
4. Nangang Millennium Yao Village Scenic Area
It is located 27 kilometers southwest of Liannan County, Qingyuan City, in front of Baili Yao Mountain and Wanshan Dynasty King. Founded in the Song Dynasty, it has a history of more than a thousand years. It is a national AAAA-level scenic spot, a famous historical and cultural village in China, and one of the top ten most beautiful ancient villages in Guangdong Huangtengxia Ecological Tourism Area.
It is the largest, oldest and most distinctive Yao Village in the country and even the world. It can be called a world architectural wonder and a treasure land for human settlement. Built on a steep slope 803 meters above sea level, the houses are densely packed together on the hills and slopes. Often the roof of the front house is at the same level as the ground level of the back house. There is a corridor passage in between. The horizontal streets and straight alleys are paved with local materials and stones to connect various households, forming a Yaopai pattern.
