Selection method of ski shoes
The choice of ski shoes should make people feel comfortable and fit, toes can move freely in the shoes, but the soles of feet, instep, arch and heel should be tightly wrapped, and the clips on the shell should be properly clamped so that the ankles can bend forward. Only in this way can the speed of snowboarding and skiing be controlled. Beginners should choose light, flexible and elastic ski shoes, which have more room for manipulation. Skiers with good skills can choose ski shoes that can tightly connect their feet with ski shoes, so that any slight gravity change of the skier can be transmitted to the snowboard through the ski shoes, so as to improve the skier's ability to control the sliding posture. The size of ski shoes, beginners and experienced people are two completely different selection criteria. Under the guidance of the usual habit of wearing shoes, beginners usually choose looser ski shoes, and what they have to face may be that skiing movements cannot be performed correctly; Because the foot will move involuntarily in the shoe, at the same time, it will also cause sprain due to too many gaps in the snowshoe when wrestling; Intermediate and advanced skiers choose ski shoes that completely wrap their feet, which is to avoid the above situation.
Modern ski shoes have metal buttons. Usually, shoes consist of a hard shell and a soft inner boot cover to ensure the comfort of shoes.
1. wrapping feeling: the instep of the shoe should have a good wrapping feeling. After the button is fastened, the instep has no obvious oppressive feeling, but there is no room for the instep to flip at will.
2. Space of front, back, left and right: the toe can be straightened in the shoe, and the distance between the toe and the shoe is hard to be expressed by numbers, but you need to consider whether you wear thick socks or thin socks. There can be a little space at the front of the toes, but the space on the instep should not be too large, otherwise your feet will sway inside the shoes when sliding on the vertical edge, especially when the center of gravity is greatly low. You don't need any space on both sides of your feet, but you can't feel obvious squeezing on both sides. After skating for a while, I feel that the bones and muscles on both sides of my foot are very painful. There must be many students with such experience. The reason may be: either you fasten the buttons too tightly or the sides of the shoes are too narrow.
3. Hardness of shoes: 6-9 is not too much for male beginners, and 9-13 is recommended for those who are skilled and physically strong, especially those who play carbine. Ladies, especially those who want to ski easily, about 7 degrees is enough. If you want to beat the tough guy, you can choose harder shoes.
4. buttons and reinforcing belts: generally speaking, expensive shoes are made of materials, and the buttons and reinforcing belts are of good quality, which can be used for a long time. However, if you encounter buttons and reinforcing belts with slightly poor quality, it will affect your skiing happiness. Buttons are generally not easy to break if they are not hit by external force, but buttons with poor quality will be deformed after long-term use or hard buckle. After long-term use, the plastic buttons of reinforcing belts will be loosened once hard. Not only will you suddenly release force when you slide at high speed, but it will also cause accidents and injuries in serious cases. Therefore, these two parts must be taken seriously, and the reinforcement belt should be strong! In addition, it is impossible to repair this reinforced belt if it is broken, but you can buy a retail binder, and skillful students can also do it!
5. Heat-set bladder is still a fixed bladder: of course, heat-set bladder is high-tech, but high-tech sometimes falls off. Personally, I feel that heat-set bladder is not suitable for years of use. When stored in summer, the temperature is too high, and the shaped bladder will be deformed due to high temperature, and then it needs to be reshaped. In contrast, the fixed bladder is better, and you can also customize the inner bladder according to your foot type. At present, it seems that there is such equipment in Wanlong Aoxue in China.
6. Adjustment of snowshoe shape: If the sides of the shoes you like are a little narrow, (it may be that your feet are in violation of regulations), you can also ask the manufacturer or the store to use equipment to widen your shoes. First warm your shoes and then use special equipment to widen them. But after all, this technology is a backup measure, so you should buy shoes that suit you first, and don't adjust them through backup measures. Of course, your feet are long and illegal, so you have to use such tools.
7. Requirements for shoes by sliding method: Different sliding methods have different requirements for shoes. For those who play sports and carbine, the hardness of shoes needs to be larger, and the inclination angle needs to be larger. For those who play mushrooms and freestyle, it is not necessary. The differences in this respect can be supplemented by friends who have finished freestyle.
A good pair of ski shoes should meet the following conditions:
There should be no looseness on both sides of the ankle;
Tighter shoe buckles can enhance the bearing capacity of snowshoes, and can transfer the strength of feet to the snowboard, making it easier to control the snowboard; Good soles and comfortable inner boots can not only ensure the comfort and warmth of the feet, but also transfer the weight and the force from the feet to the snowboard evenly through the soles.
When trying on snowshoes, no matter what kind of snowshoes they are, skiers must fit their feet. The so-called fitting means that their toes can touch the top of the snowshoes slightly (experienced skiers even choose the size with slightly bent toes). Many beginners will think that snowshoes will get bigger and bigger, because the skiing action is that the knees bend forward; When the knee is pressed forward, the heel will move backward, and the gap between the toe and the front end of the snowshoe will increase. In addition, the inner layer of the snowshoe is foam, which will become soft due to the increase of the foot temperature (the body will emit heat energy during exercise). If the snowshoe with proper size is not selected during skiing, the snowboard will be difficult to control, and the heel will be red and swollen or even blistered due to friction.
