Comprehensive dust control technologies and measures for coal mines?
Comprehensive dust control technology in coal mines includes five aspects: "wind, water, density, cleansing, and protection", with wind and water as the main ones. "Wind" refers to ventilation and dust removal; "water" refers to wet operations; "close" refers to airtight dust extraction; "net" refers to purifying air flow; and "protection" refers to taking individual protective measures for workers exposed to dust operations.
In order to ensure the implementation of comprehensive dust prevention measures, our mine must improve the dust prevention piping system. Using a centralized water supply method, the capacity of the storage tank should not be less than the water consumption of one shift. The capacity of our mine's storage tank is set at 200m3.
Wet drilling is used on the excavation working surface to reduce dust flying, and dry drilling is strictly prohibited.
Spray watering: first spray water on the rock pile when coal and gangue are produced after excavation and blasting. To prevent dust from flying when the gangue is discharged, the use of feng shui sprayers for blasting should be promoted in the future. It not only reduces dust, but also eliminates blast smoke and shortens the ventilation time. At the same time, sprinkler devices are installed at coal loading points on each working surface.
