Little knowledge of breast milk storage and heating
Storage skills
Remember to store breast milk in a milk collection bag or a clean glass bottle after sucking it out with a breast pump. Glass bottles should be air-dried or naturally air-dried, leaving a gap of 2-3 cm to prevent expansion when frozen. If you use a milk collection bag, you'd better save your baby's meals at once. Before sealing, remember to exhaust excess air and leave a gap to prevent expansion. Then, stand upright at a constant temperature in the refrigerator.
Heating skill
When heating breast milk, it is best to choose a constant temperature milk regulator, which can keep breast milk at a constant temperature for up to two hours. If the baby doesn't finish the thawed breast milk, it's best to drink the rest or throw it away within 1-2 hours. Remember, unfrozen breast milk can no longer be frozen, otherwise it is easy to breed bacteria, which is not good for your baby's health. Never use microwave oven or fire, it will lose nutrition!
Retention time
It is best not to keep frozen breast milk for more than 6 months, and let the baby enjoy it in time to avoid waste.
