How to limit the number in Zhuozhou

Baoding municipal government decided to take the extraordinary measures of Class I response measures for heavily polluted weather from August 20th to September 4th at 20 15. Large trucks are forbidden to pass in urban areas, and traffic control is implemented in urban areas and counties (cities, districts). Motor vehicles are restricted to single and even numbers: vehicles with single and even numbers pass for one day, vehicles with even numbers pass for two days, and the tail number of the license plate is a letter.

Zhuozhou: within the city boundary: east of National Highway 107 (excluding), west of Tengfei Road (including), south of Yongji Road (including) and north of Liyuan Road (including).

Single and even number restrictions do not include military, police, environmental law enforcement, fire fighting, first aid, emergency rescue, postal service (express delivery), insurance inspection and rescue, people's livelihood security, sanitation vehicles, and unit commuter cars, buses, taxis and other vehicles that are not restricted by driving routes and driving directions as stipulated by laws and regulations. All units should strengthen the management of the above-mentioned vehicles, and control the vehicle travel of their own units according to the principle of "ensuring demand and minimum dispatching". If a non-local vehicle drives in the restricted area during the restricted period, it shall be advised to stop driving once, checked and confirmed to leave twice, and punished three times according to law. During the restricted period, all bus lines under Baoding Public Transport Corporation will be available for citizens to ride for free. Please arrange the travel time reasonably.

During the restricted period, the electronic police will electronically capture the freight vehicles that violate the forbidden roads and the vehicles that violate the limit number, and the public security traffic control department will impose penalties according to law.

Restricted dates include legal holidays and weekends.
