I didn't scare you! Huxing design should understand these feng shui details.

China residential tradition will pay special attention to geomantic omen, and houses with bad geomantic omen will be regarded as haunted houses, so geomantic omen has many established principles. In fact, in ancient times when science and technology were underdeveloped, "Feng Shui Master" measured air quality, surrounding environment and living comfort by looking, smelling and asking questions.

Therefore, if architects can keep in mind the principle of "Feng Shui" and avoid unreasonable details when making design plans, they can add a lot of points to the project. Below, I will make a simple summary of the "Feng Shui" in architectural design that I have specially studied, hoping to help everyone.

First, the house type and geomantic omen.

From the perspective of geomantic omen, excellent apartment types are generally square, rectangular, narrow at the front and wide at the back. There are too many inferior units, such as triangle, L-shape, missing angle, T-shape, irregular shape, wide front and narrow back, long left and short right, long right and short left, and so on. Architects should pay attention to the following principles if they consider geomantic omen when designing apartment types:

1 entrance door

The entrance door should not face the toilet or kitchen. Open the door and you can see the kitchen at first sight. According to feng shui, such a layout makes people unable to get in. But in fact, the door is facing the kitchen, and the airflow is too smooth, which will blow bacteria into the food and cause diseases.

The gate can't face the elevator, stairs or corridors. The stairs rush to the door, or the stairs under the door will take away the money. This is feng shui, which will make the family fortune decline. Architecturally speaking, it will affect the privacy and security of the house.

Don't face the back door or window at the front door. Good luck comes in through the front door. If there is a door or window facing it, the geomantic term is "permeable flow", which means that wealth is difficult to gather. From the architectural point of view, this layout is easy to catch a cold because of too much airflow.

2 porch

In the design of the porch, we should not only reflect the overall style of the room, but also give consideration to practical functions such as showing, changing clothes, guiding and separating the space. Feng Shui requires that the color of the porch should be light and bright, fresh and lively, and never dark.

In geomantic omen, when entering the living room, the diagonal position is called "financial position", and it is believed that green plants should be placed here.

Living room, dining room and balcony

The living room is the gateway to the family and should be at the forefront. The front door should not be in a straight line with the window, back door and bathroom.

The dining room should not be with the kitchen; Don't put the dining table under the beam; The dining room should be near the kitchen. The balcony should not face the porch, forming a so-called "heart-piercing", which is not easy to gather wealth.

Four bedrooms

The location of the bedroom is generally better in the southwest and northwest of the house, and the shape of the bedroom should be square to avoid the long and narrow bedroom. The bedroom door should not be opposite to the kitchen door and bathroom, and the bedroom door should not be opposite. For example, the bedroom door faces the toilet door and the kitchen, and the door is angry.

From an architectural point of view, it is to prevent the smell of the bathroom and kitchen from interfering with the bedroom and prevent the two bedrooms from interfering with each other.

Outside the bedroom window, you can't face the antenna, high-voltage pole, sharp corner or telephone pole, sloping roof, which is suffocating.

5 study room

The study should be placed in Wenchang. According to geomantic theory, Wenchang is determined by the orientation of the house:

The desk can't face the window, nor can the desk face the door. Geomantic view, the desk facing the window will produce "looking empty". In fact, it is best to put a desk with a wall at the back. In psychology, people need to lean on their backs at work to work with peace of mind. If you are facing the gate, it is easy to be disturbed at work.

6 Kitchen and bathroom

The toilet door and the kitchen door can't be opposite, which is called fire and water incompatibility in Feng Shui. In reality, it is to prevent the bathroom humidity and smell from interfering with the kitchen.

Rectangular and square kitchen layout is the best, and the kitchen position should not be in the middle, but in the east, north and southeast directions, and should not be opposite to the bedroom, bathroom and residential door. Basically, it is best not to face all kinds of doors indoors.

The bathroom is in the southeast, northwest and the direction of progress, which is not good. Generally choose the side position, and the bathroom door should not face the living room, bedroom, dining room and kitchen.

The kitchen and bathroom should be designed away from the living room and room to form their own functional areas, such as on both sides of the gate, avoiding facing the gate directly, and the doors of the kitchen and bathroom should be staggered.

7 Functional space layout

In the apartment design of a mansion, the movement is yang and the static is yin, in which the living room and dining room are yang, and the bedroom, study and children's room are yin and yang, which conforms to the principle of "separation of movement and static" in architecture. This principle is to hope that Yin He can be relatively independent, relatively balanced and mutually restrictive in an apartment, forming an endless prosperity.

All indoor spaces should be free from sharp corners.

In addition, try not to have sharp corners in all indoor spaces. Having sharp corners not only makes people feel suffocated, but also makes the space lose harmony and unity. This is called "Jiao Chong" in Feng Shui.

From the architectural point of view, the sharp corner space is not conducive to the placement of furniture, and it is inconvenient to use. The sharp corner space looks uncomfortable and will have a certain impact on the user's psychology.

9 scale

Many luxury houses make the master bedroom very big and luxurious. The master bedroom is too big, but it doesn't get angry.

The geomantic omen in the master bedroom is the top priority of the whole apartment, because generally speaking, people spend most of their time in the bedroom at home, and the geomantic omen in the master bedroom is the most important as the pillar of the whole family. The bedroom of the ancient emperor was only 10 square meter.

Second, small apartment design and geomantic omen

Because of its small size and only one room, small apartment should pay special attention to design.

(1) You can't go door to door with the opposite family;

(2) The bathroom and kitchen cannot be located in the inner hall of the gate;

(3) The beam cannot pass through the middle of the house;

(4) Small-sized houses, although the sparrows are small and complete, they are not full of qi, and the five elements are mottled;

(5) The bathroom and kitchen can be placed in a relatively biased position when designing the apartment. Toilets are places where dirty air is produced. Being too close to Neimingtang will affect Neimingtang's ability to make money. The kitchen is in charge of the house's treasury feng shui. After entering the door, wealth can only enter the kitchen through the circulation of the living room and dining room, so the kitchen should not be too close to the door.

Third, duplex apartments.
