Safety valve, also known as safety valve, can automatically open and close according to the working pressure of the system, and is generally installed on the equipment or pipeline of the closed system to protect the safety of the system. When the pressure in the equipment or pipeline exceeds the set pressure of the pressure relief valve, the pressure relief valve will automatically open to ensure that the pressure of the medium in the equipment and pipeline is lower than the set pressure, thus protecting the equipment and pipeline and preventing accidents. Safety valve is a safety device to prevent pressure equipment and containers from bursting, which may easily lead to pressure rise or pressure exceeding the limit in the container. Safety valve is a widely used safety device in pressure systems such as pressure vessels, boilers and pressure pipelines to ensure the safe operation of pressure systems. When the pressure in the container exceeds the design requirements, the safety valve will automatically open to discharge the excess pressure in the pressure reducer to prevent the container or pipeline from being damaged. When the pressure in the container drops to the normal working pressure, it will be automatically closed to avoid waste and production interruption caused by overpressure in the container. The safety valve is mainly composed of valve seat, valve disc (valve core) and loading mechanism. Some valve seats are integrated with the valve body, and some are assembled with the valve body and connected with the equipment. The disc is usually connected with the valve stem fixed on the valve seat. Above the disc is a loading mechanism, and the load can be adjusted. When the pressure in the equipment is within a certain working pressure range, the force of the internal medium acting on the valve disc is less than that of the loading mechanism, and the difference between them constitutes the sealing force between the valve disc and the valve seat, so that the valve disc is pressed on the valve seat and the medium of the equipment cannot be discharged. When the pressure in the equipment exceeds the specified working pressure and reaches the opening pressure of the safety valve, the force exerted by the internal medium on the alarm disc is greater than that exerted by the loading mechanism, so the disc leaves the valve seat, the safety valve opens, and the medium in the equipment is discharged through the valve seat. If the displacement of the safety valve is greater than the safe discharge capacity of the equipment, the pressure in the equipment will gradually decrease, and after a short period of exhaust, the pressure will return to the normal working pressure. At this time, the force of internal pressure acting on the valve disc is less than that of the loading mechanism, and the valve disc presses the valve seat to stop the discharge of medium, and the equipment keeps normal working pressure and continues to operate. Therefore, the safety valve automatically closes or opens through the fluctuation of the force of the medium on the disc and the force of the loading mechanism to prevent the equipment from overpressure.
