The basement side wall and roof are made of polyethylene polypropylene polymer coiled material 1.5 thick, and the permanent protective wall is made of cement mortar 1:3 thick (the roof protective wall is 60 thick). 1. polyethylene polypropylene waterproofing membrane. 2. Auxiliary materials: special glue and cement. 3. Re-inspection of incoming materials: for products with the same brand and grade from the same manufacturer, take 5 rolls for products larger than 1000, 4 rolls for 100-499, and 2 rolls for products smaller than 100, and check the specifications, dimensions and appearance quality. The re-examined coil will be cut at a distance of 300㎜ from the outer coil head, and then cut 6544 longitudinally. 4. Materials should be placed indoors after entering the site to avoid rain. 3. Requirements for the base: The surface of the waterproof base shall be solid, flat and smooth, and there shall be no looseness, sand, cracks, warping, protrusion, potholes and hollowing. Four, waterproof main and auxiliary materials construction requirements:
1. Mortar ratio: the weight ratio of cement to special rubber powder 100 (cement): 1 (rubber powder): 50 (water).
2. Proportioning method: first put the rubber powder into a container, then add the cement and stir. After mixing evenly, add water and stir into paste liquid for use.
3. Play the baseline on the construction base and adjust the coil paving.
4. There should be no open water surface on the base surface. If it is very dry, it is necessary to sprinkle water on the base surface to keep warm.
5. The floor and coil coating should be uniform, and no omission is allowed. After straightening, it should be compacted and leveled.
6. Carry out one-component polyurethane edge sealing at the joint seal. Five, the waterproof layer construction and operation construction sequence, according to the first floor after the wall, first additional layer after bedding face, first foundation pit (sump) after the floor construction. 5. 1 Construction conditions (1) The construction temperature of polyethylene polypropylene waterproofing membrane should be above 5℃ and below 25℃. It is forbidden to construct in rainy days, snowy days and strong winds of magnitude 5 or above. Rainproof measures should be taken in case of rainy days during construction. (2) The leveling layer is qualified. As long as there is no Mingshui under wet conditions, grass-roots construction can be carried out.
5.2 The pasting and laying of polyethylene polypropylene waterproofing membrane shall be carried out according to the following provisions: (1). The pasting direction of the film should be determined. When there is a gradient of 3%, the coiled material can be laid in parallel or vertical gradient. Requirements: The upper and lower coils shall not be laid vertically.
(2) Before the construction of basement waterproof layer, the nodes, additional layers and the relatively concentrated parts of pile foundation reinforcement should be handled first, and then the construction should start from the lowest elevation. (3) Before pasting the polyethylene polypropylene waterproofing membrane, reserve the membrane for about 3 to12m at the laying position, find the back and fix it in the middle. Roll one end of the coil to a fixed place, spread glue on it, and after this end is pasted, roll the other end of the coil placed in advance back to the pasting position and paste it continuously until the whole picture. (4) Glue coating method: First, pour the prepared glue into a small container on the leveling layer at the pre-bonding position. Glue application should be continuous and even, and the thickness should be kept at 1mm, and then the coiled material should be expanded with a scraper to exhaust and compact, and the excess glue should be discharged. (5) Lapping method is adopted for coil laying, and the lap width of coil is 100mm for both long and short sides. For the lap joint of the upper and lower layers and adjacent two layers of coiled materials, the lap joint of the main waterproof layer and the additional layer is staggered by more than 1/3. (6) The lap joint of the coil is sticky. After the joint is compacted, brush a layer of cement slurry on the edge of the joint to seal the joint tightly, and it is not allowed to show the bottom, wrinkle, warp or empty drum. (7) The facade composite coiled material must be pasted vertically, aligned from top to bottom, exhausted and compacted from bottom to top, and the base and coiled material should be glued at the same time, and the coiled material should be filled with glue. 5.3 Special part treatment (1) coil closing treatment. The end of the coil is the key part of the waterproof layer of the coil, which is easy to open, tilt and fall off if it is not handled well. (2) Yin-Yang angle treatment At the Yin-Yang angle, first lay an additional layer with a width of 500. The first construction of a large area can be carried out only after the additional layer is qualified, and the second construction can be carried out only after the first acceptance, and the longitudinal lap joint shall not be less than100; For the hole of the through-wall pipeline, an additional layer should be made first, and then the hole should be cut into four pieces during the bedding construction, and then inserted into the hole for pasting. After the pipeline installation is completed, the gaps around the pipeline should be filled and closed with sealing paste. 5.4 Precautions for coil gluing and paving (1) The coil should be paved immediately after scraping cement binder to prevent water loss in the glue and affect the bonding quality for a long time. (2) When scraping the coil with a scraper, pay attention to check whether there are hard particles and other substances under the coil to buffer the coil. If there are, take them out and paste them again. Before the laid waterproof layer reaches a certain strength, people should avoid trampling back and forth on it to avoid the coil bulging. After the waterproof layer is qualified, the next working procedure shall be constructed as soon as possible.
(3) The coiled material must be pasted on the leveling layer without wrinkling or warping, and the pasting area is over 85%.
(4) When the construction temperature of the coil is higher than 25℃, the surface of the coil after construction should be cooled by spraying water immediately and covered with curing to prevent the coil from deforming and bulging. Inspection test of intransitive verb waterproof layer: the construction of moisture-proof layer is completed. Because it is impossible to store water and test water in the basement, we can only pay attention to inspection and deal with doubts in time.
