What is the difference between climate and weather?
To put it simply:
Weather refers to the weather conditions of the day;
Climate refers to the overall weather conditions over a period of time!
"Weather" refers to the comprehensive conditions that affect the instantaneous meteorological characteristics of human activities. For example, we can say: "Today the weather is very good, the wind is sunny, and the sky is clear; yesterday the weather was very bad, with wind and rain" and so on;
"Climate" refers to the entire earth or a certain part of it. The multi-year characteristics of a region's meteorological conditions over a year or period. For example, Kunming is like spring all year round; in most areas of the Yangtze River Basin, spring and autumn are mild, midsummer is hot, and winter is cold. We call this a "temperate climate with four distinct seasons"; Beijing's climate is warm in late July and early August every year. Rainy season etc.
So the connotations of "meteorology", "weather" and "climate" are obviously different and cannot be confused
