What can pears do to relieve cough?

Stewed pear with rock sugar is generally suitable for adjuvant treatment of cough, so eat it while it is hot! Make one pear at a time. I do this: cut a piece horizontally at the end of the pear (as a cover when steaming), remove the pear core with a knife, put about a tablespoon of rock sugar in the hole where the core is removed, cover the pear "cover" cut before, and insert a toothpick to fix it. If there is no stew, put the pears vertically in a bowl and steam them in a steamer until the rock sugar melts. Eat while it's hot!

Adding Fritillaria powder and steaming this material will have a better cough relieving effect.
