Design water without water
Beijing is a city seriously short of water, with a per capita water resource of 300m3, which is only 1/7 of the national average and 1/25 of the world average. In Beijing, it is impossible for every house or landscape in a plot to have natural water storage. In the absence of water, all we have to do is design water.
Beijing Vanke Xingyuan is an artificial water body in some houses without water system. One advantage of artificial water body is that it can integrate the building where you live with the surrounding landscape and people, which is more in line with the affinity needed by people and the ecology of the whole environment. The designer designed five lakes in the design drawings, which were injected into the lakes by waterfalls. The water is very shallow, only 40 ~ 50 cm. Old people can take their children to play with water and make it closer to people.
The planning of Hongcun ancient village not only plays the role of natural water system, but also cleverly arranges the artificial water system in the village. The layout is not only chic and neat, but also lively and flexible. An artificial pond leads from the west of the village to Biquan, and after nine twists and turns, it passes through the hut and the artificial pond-Moon Marsh. It flows in front of every house, and finally flows into Nanhu Lake, an artificial lake in the south of the village, and out of Nanhu Lake, where it is used to plant paddy fields and water fruit trees, and then flows into Suixi. This artificial water network is beneficial to life and production, as well as to fire prevention, climate regulation, air purification and environment beautification in villages and towns. It has practical, beautification and ecological functions.
5 Design waterscape according to local conditions
The human body is 85% water, and when it is integrated with water, it will feel its spirituality. When designing, we should respect the natural nature, humanity, divinity and cultural connotation of water. Water is life, and water itself is an ecosystem. When designing, water should not be regarded as a stagnant pool. Water is in humanity, and water reflects humanity. People want water, in fact, they have entrusted their own essential needs. Human nature can be embodied in many aspects, but the greatest human nature is water. In the landscape design of urban image area in Lishui Riverside Landscape Belt, water resources are fully utilized. According to the design concept of "interpreting the charm of the green valley with the natural landscape on both sides of the Oujiang River, and interpreting the style of the ancient city with all kinds of historical sites centered on the Ying Xing Tower", the block takes the abstract "winding Oujiang River" as the main line, and embodies the concept of Oujiang River with concrete and abstract mixed water landscape.
The "winding Oujiang River" water system can be directly filled with water extracted from Oujiang River for tourists to enjoy and play; Closing the floodgates in rainy season not only saves water resources, but also blends into nature, giving play to the role of nature for our use; In the dry season, pebbles or sandstone exposed from the riverbed can be used for people to enter and become a group of sculptures.
On June 18, 2008, the foundation stone was laid for the Lishui City Image Area project, and the construction of the city image area project as the core project of Lishui Riverside Landscape Belt officially started. The towering Cangshan Mountain and the leisurely Oujiang River water. With the gradual completion of the riverside landscape belt, Lishui has a new business card to show the image of the city.
