What do meteorologists do every day? Is the meteorological station only responsible for weather forecast?

In fact, most meteorologists have a lot to do. Of course, it is well known to summarize weather changes according to relevant instruments, but meteorologists still have a lot of work to do, such as making relevant disaster prevention plans, meteorological information forecasting and early warning, short-term climate forecasting, space weather disaster monitoring and early warning, urban environmental meteorological forecasting, fire weather grade forecasting and climate impact assessment, meetings and exchanges of international environmental organizations, organizing demonstrations and reviewing atmospheric environmental impact assessment, and so on.

So in fact, most meteorologists have a heavy workload.

Meteorological stations are mainly responsible for weather forecasting, but not for weather forecasting. It also needs to do a lot of forecasting, early warning and summary work.
