How to make quicksand items
1. According to the length and width of the picture frame, first cut out four acrylic strips and polish both ends with a file.
2. Use a needle to extract acrylic glue and apply it on one side of the acrylic strip.
3. After application, stick four acrylic strips around the acrylic plate, and reinforce the four corners with glue again.
4. Then use glue to bond another acrylic plate, fix it and wait for 12 hours (PS: Remember to leave a gap).
5. Use a syringe to squeeze in colored sand, black gold sand and alumina from the reserved gap.
6. After mixing, the proportion can be increased appropriately according to the effect.
7. Mix thickener, preservative and water in a measuring cup (ratio = 1ml: 1ml: 20ml) and stir evenly.
8. Use a large syringe to draw 20ml of water, 1ml of mixed solution, and 1ml of dishwashing liquid, and squeeze them in through the gap.
9. Press the center of the acrylic plate firmly, quickly pull out the needle tube, and wipe the notch surface dry.
10. Use glue to glue the gap, clamp the gap and wait for 12 hours to fix.
11. Finally, insert the completed acrylic board into the frame, shake out the foam, and a landscape, water, and sand painting is completed.
Note: During turning, if the quicksand falls too slowly, you can use a syringe to extract some air; conversely, if the quicksand falls too fast, inject some air.
