Examination process

(1) Candidates should report for duty and draw lots for sorting. ③ The interview is presided over by the presiding judge, and the interview time for each candidate is 15 minutes. Each judge independently evaluates the scores of each evaluation element according to the interview content, defense score and scoring standard, and obtains the total score. Scoring method of interview: Remove the highest and lowest scores of the five judges and take the average score, which is the interview result of the candidates.
