The main building of Tengwang Pavilion has a net height of 57.5 meters and a construction area of ​​13,000 square meters. The lower part is a 12-meter-high pedestal symbolizing the ancient city wall, which is divided into two levels. The main pavilion above the pedestal adopts the "three light and seven dark" format, that is, it looks like a three-story building with corridors from the outside, but there are seven floors inside, that is, three light floors, three dark floors, plus the equipment floor in the roof.

Climb to the first-level platform along the north and south stone steps. There are green tile corridors on the north and south wings of the first-level platform. On the east-facing wall of the first-level platform, there are five stone tablets inlaid.

In the middle is a long scroll-shaped stone tablet. This tablet is made of eight pieces of white marble, about 10 meters long and 1 meter high, and is edged with agate red marble.
