How to modify the car drift?
I. Inertial drift
Release the throttle and throw the rear of the car out of the corner by inertia (for FR models, for large corners above 120 degrees). The process is as follows:
1. Accelerate before entering the corner, release the throttle when entering the corner and slash the steering wheel at the same time.
2. After the car starts to slide, downshift the gas door and let the car slide and bend at the same time.
If you just want a little swing, you don't have to downshift.
2. Fracture drift
Step on the brake and use the body center of gravity to throw the rear of the car out of the corner (for FR vehicles, for corners above 90 degrees). The process is as follows:
1. When entering the corner, step on the brake again, downshift and move the center of gravity forward.
2. slam the steering wheel and throw the rear of the car out.
3. Reverse the steering wheel to correct the bending angle.
4. Keep the speed and slide to the angle where you can turn.
5. Hit the steering wheel, step on the accelerator again, and instantly turn outwards.
Three. . Lateral crack-drift
The procedure for turning the rear of the car with hand brake (applicable to FF vehicles) is as follows:
1. Before reaching the general turning point, cut the steering wheel early, and then apply the brake to make the vehicle sideslip.
2. Downshift immediately when taxiing and keep taxiing at the top of the curve.
3. At the top of the curve, the big foot throttle bends.
Four. . Linear drift
In the straight line before the turn, the tail-swinging turn mode will be started (applicable to FR models and narrow 90-degree turns). The process is as follows:
1. Before turning, cut the steering wheel in a straight line.
2. When the car starts to slide, downshift at the same time and keep the throttle depth.
3. After sliding into the turning point, the steering wheel will reverse at the same time.
4. The front of the car turns into the corner with the attitude towards the corner.
5. when the front of the car is facing the corner, that is, when the big foot throttle goes straight into and out of the corner.
Verb (short for verb). Power drift
Use the high horsepower and torque of the modified rear-wheel drive to throw the rear of the car out of the corner (applicable to FR and RR models). The process is as follows:
1. Slow down and downshift before turning, put down the accelerator and gently cut the steering wheel.
2. After entering the corner, the big foot throttle, the driving wheel will be lifted by horsepower and can't catch it, and the rear of the car will be thrown out.
3. At this time, the throttle is used to control the steering degree. The heavier the throttle, the greater the steering angle. When the front of the car meets the turning point, it will turn out smoothly.
An intransitive verb. Shift drift
The way to shift the center of gravity of the car body by downshifting and let the rear of the car throw out a hole. The process is as follows:
1. slightly increase the speed before entering the corner, cut the steering wheel when entering the corner, and then brake down at the same time.
2. At this time, the center of gravity of the vehicle moves forward, and the rear of the vehicle will suddenly throw out.
3. Release the brake and the pedal will bend.
Seven. . fake/trick movement
Use the left and right center of gravity to move the rear of the car and throw it out of the corner, which is also commonly known as inertial sliding (false right pendulum is true left pendulum, suitable for FR and RR models). The working procedure is as follows:
1. Don't cut to the outside before entering the corner, but stay near the center line.
2. The steering wheel cuts outward instantly, and the brake center of gravity moves forward instantly.
3. At this time, if the steering wheel is cut forward hard, the car will be thrown out according to the break-drift principle.
4. When taxiing, put the brake in reverse gear, and then turn with the big foot throttle.
Eight. .4wd-drift
Four-wheel drive will slightly slide and flick its tail when turning. The process is as follows:
1. Accelerate before entering the corner, aim at the top of the corner when entering the corner, cut the steering wheel hard and brake down.
2. The car slides into the corner in a straight drift way.
3. When crossing the vertex, the big foot throttle bends straight.
Nine. . Scandinavians
It is considered as the most advanced drift, a special movement used in WRC rally, and some people call it pendulum turning.
Suppose you are going to make a sharp right turn.
1. If your position is on the left after the previous bend, then go straight. If your position is not on the left, don't lean to the left immediately, but drive to the left.
2. Make sure that the car is driving in a stable and correct direction, and step on the brakes to the end, so that the four wheels will lock up quickly and the car will slide down in the original direction.
3. Turn the steering wheel to the right at the place where you want to turn. The locked front wheel has little steering effect, and the front of the car will not deviate to the right quickly.
When you reach the corner, release the brake quickly. In this way, the front of the car will be pulled sharply to the right, and the car body will rotate very fast.
Basic essentials of heel movement
At the end of the highway straight, before turning:
1, the driver starts to brake.
2. The driver presses the clutch.
3. Downshift.
4. The driver steps on the brake with the left half of the sole of his foot, moves his heel sideways, and presses the accelerator hard to increase the engine speed. Heel movement allows the driver to step on the clutch, brake and refuel at the same time, so that the car can complete the preparation before entering the corner such as deceleration and downshift in a very short time. In the process of downshifting, you should refuel while stepping on the clutch. This action is mainly to raise the engine speed to the speed required for the next gear to match the lifting speed required after the downshift. (For example, the speed of the car before deceleration is 180km, which is equal to 5th gear × 7500 rpm. When the vehicle speed drops to 120km, the engine speed is equal to 5th gear× 5000rpm. However, at this time, the driver downshifts to the fourth gear, which is also new to 120km because of the different speed ratios between the fifth gear and the fourth gear. If the driver increases the engine speed to 7000 rpm when the clutch is stopped, if the engine is dragged to the required speed only by the clutch, it will not only increase the load and loss of the gearbox and the engine, but even make the driving wheels slip, which is more obvious on the wet road, which will seriously make the body out of control. Turn at the corner and have an accident.
5. Release the clutch pedal with your left foot. If necessary, continue to downshift and repeat points 2 ~ 3.
6. After the whole downshift and deceleration, put the left foot back on the fixed pedal, and control the throttle with the right foot, ready to enter the corner.
