The "Notice" clarifies that real estate development enterprises and real estate brokers can strictly check the following information about the qualification of purchasing houses with relevant commercial banks:

3. The buyer's income certificate, credit report, the source of the purchase price and the bank statement of the last year or more.

Real estate development enterprises should reasonably assess risks and take measures such as persuasion to buyers whose debt service income ratio does not meet the requirements. Those who violate the rules of purchasing houses by resorting to fraud and providing false certificates shall refuse to accept the application for purchasing houses and report to the local housing construction department in a timely manner.
