First, the installation location selection

1. If possible, install the main engine of water cooling fan in the upwind position of the building;

2. The water cooling fan should be installed on the wall as far as possible. No material shall be placed under the installation position, and it shall not be installed near the exhaust port with peculiar smell, steam or malodorous gas;

3. When the outdoor air quality is good, it is best to install the water-cooled fan in the shortest air duct installation environment;

4. Ensure that the installation frame structure can support the weight of the main engine, air duct and installation personnel of the whole water-cooled fan by more than twice to ensure the safety and use of the project;

5. If there are not enough doors or windows in the cooling room, it is necessary to install a special forced exhaust fan, and the exhaust air volume should be more than 70% of the total air supply of the water-cooled fan;

6. The main engine must be installed horizontally as a whole, and strong typhoon prevention measures should be taken. The mounting bracket must be able to bear the dynamic load greater than 250kg, and the mounting bracket above 3m from the ground should be equipped with guardrail. Try to use tap water for water supply, and the water quality must be kept clean. If the water quality is good, it should be filtered and softened first, and the drain pipe should be connected to the sewer to keep it open.

Second, after cooling.

1, the material of air duct generally adopts double-sided hot-dip galvanized sheet with thickness greater than 0.6 mm, and the reinforcing ribs should be marked on the sheet;

2. The tuyere is set above the personnel post, and the specification and size of the tuyere can be selected according to the wind pressure, air volume and air supply angle. The tuyere with air distributor is convenient to adjust the air volume and realize the balance of wind speed and air volume of each tuyere;

3. The specification of air duct is generally designed by rated wind speed method. The wind speed of the main duct is maintained at 8-10m per second, and the wind speed of the terminal duct is maintained at 1.5-2m per second.

Third, the overall cooling

1, the overall cooling project should adopt axial flow, and the design should adopt elbow direct air supply as far as possible;

2. For places that need to be quiet, muffler elbow air duct should be used.
