Lingxiu Mountain Metallography Institute is located in Lingxiu Mountain.

Lingxiu Mountain has a temple view since ancient times. Qing Daoguang's "Jinjiang County Records" contains: "Empty house, formerly known as Qizhen Temple"; Qin Long's "Quanzhou Fu Zhi" contains: There are small stones on Lingxiu Mountain, which are adjacent to the ancients. When the tide comes, it will be smooth, and when it retreats, it will be dry, so it is named Chaomiao "; "Introduction to Fujian Books" contains: "Old and empty houses in the mountains"; According to this, it can be seen that Jinxiangyuan was originally called Qizhen Temple, and was later renamed Chao Hai Temple. The temple was built in the early Sui Dynasty and rebuilt in the second year of Kaiping in the Five Dynasties (908). According to legend, there is a difference between "empty land and strange fragrance" on the mountain, but it was renamed as "empty ancient land" from Song Dynasty to Yuan Dynasty, and the temple was destroyed by soldiers. In the fifth year of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty (1407), Tan Yuerong Qing Cai's II was wholly-owned and rebuilt for three years. Planting banyan trees in the left corner to block the feng shui; Set up land for monks to live, eat, dress and burn incense. Between Jiajing and Jiajing, temples were destroyed by officials, gentry and evil monks. In the eighth year of Chongzhen (1636), four villagers from Rong Qing, Fu Lin, Tian Fu, Zhou Fu and Wei Fu, donated money to rebuild it with the monks and renamed it "Empty Academy".

In the 1920s, this temple fell into disrepair. With the desire to become a monk, the monk who presided over the conversion to Bo led the monks to cut through the thorns, open up wasteland to facilitate afforestation and make flowers and medicines. After ten years of resolute management, it has become the most prosperous period since the temple was built. It was called "Wanjin" at that time, so it was renamed "Metallographic College".

In order to rebuild the temple, the monk transferred to Bo contacted the leaders of neighboring villages, set up a board of directors, and strived for donations from overseas Chinese to build the temple. After ten years' operation, we renovated the Hall of the Great Hero and the Hall of Merit, expanded the Chao Hai Temple and Gong Xianlou, built the Temple of the King of Heaven, the Bell Tower, the empty gate, the Song Monastery Tower, the crematorium, the urn tower, the goldfish pond and the garden, and built many roads leading to the mountain temple. At this point, the temple is resplendent and brand-new, becoming a tourist attraction in southern Shanxi.

Lingxiu Mountain Metallographic Academy is indeed a tourist attraction in ancient and modern times. People from all over the world and returned overseas Chinese join hands to visit and pay homage; Every autumn, students from various schools in southern Shanxi go hiking in an endless stream; There are even celebrities and officials here to explore wonders and linger. Qin Long's "Quanzhou Fu Zhi" contains: Zong studied here and then studied here; In the Song Dynasty, Quanzhou Taishou Wang once "stole time" to visit here, leaving behind "a small and beautiful garden, a beautiful peak." I didn't listen to the monk carefully. When the satrap stole the air, he was definitely on the stone wall. Its leisure has always been a good story.

In the 1950s, due to the need of national defense, the garrison temples and monks moved to the Longshan Temple in Anhai, and Xiangyang was abandoned.

After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, the policy of freedom of religious belief was reaffirmed and the protection of historical sites was emphasized. After the efforts of the preparatory group for the reconstruction of Rong Qing Village Metallographic Academy, it was finally allowed to restore the old temple site in the mid-1980s. It is being renovated and plans to turn it into a tourist area.

After the establishment of Shishi City, Mr. Cai Jiejie, a giant overseas Chinese star in Rong Qing, returned to Zitong to discuss with the villagers the development of Lingxiu Mountain and the reconstruction of Metallographic Academy. After research, its preliminary planning is as follows: centering on the restoration and expansion of the Jinxiang Academy, gradually restore the original scenic spots; Around the needs of opening up and reform, we will build a three-star tourist hotel, a Lingxiu mountain villa integrating tourism, vacation and recuperation, and establish a youth amusement park, adult entertainment facilities and a comprehensive business service department. It is estimated that after ten years' efforts, Lingxiu Mountain will be built into a park-style cultural tourist area centered on Jinxiang Academy.
