Basic physical conditions for enlistment

1. Height: male 160cm or more, female 158cm or more. Conditional soldier height conditions shall be implemented according to relevant standards.

2. Weight: male: not more than 30% of the standard weight and not less than15% of the standard weight; Female: not more than 20% of the standard weight, not less than 15% of the standard weight. (standard weight kg= height cm- 1 10).

3. Vision standard: the naked eye vision of the right eye is not less than 4.6, and that of the left eye is not less than 4.5. Precautions:

1. Please keep a normal diet, avoid alcohol and limit the high-fat and high-protein diet for 3 days before the examination. Avoid using drugs that affect liver and kidney function and avoid strenuous exercise. Go to bed early the night before the exam, ensure enough sleep, and don't stay up late. No drinking water or fasting after 22:00, so as not to affect the inspection results of the next day.

2. The dress should be simple and loose on the day of medical examination. Ladies should not wear dresses, jumpsuits, pantyhose and metal ornaments.

3, blood, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen B-ultrasound, you can eat and drink after finishing. To do pelvic B-ultrasound, you need to hold your urine first, and then check when your bladder is full.

4, please explain to the staff before blood, whether there is a history of dizziness or hypoglycemia. Someone should carefully analyze, find out the causes of the above quality problems and implement rectification. Don't rush around, you need to sit still for 3-5 days to observe.
