In Hainan province, the purchase of commercial housing is restricted throughout the province.

Second: the purchase restriction policy

(1) Wuzhishan City, Baoting County, Qiongzhong County and Baisha County. Houses built in four cities and counties in the central ecological core area can only be sold to households in this city and county.

(2) Haikou, Sanya and Qionghai, which have implemented the purchase restriction, and non-registered families in this province must provide proof that at least one family member has paid personal income tax or social insurance in Hainan Province for 60 months or more.
