Reconstruction of Yinmating Pavilion in Liubangdian Village
Liubangdian Village in the northwest of Peixian County is the hometown of Emperor Gaozu of the Han Dynasty. Emperor Gaozu lived here when he was a teenager, hence the name of the village. Gaozu was benevolent and loving, open-minded, versatile, witty and courageous. Zhou Bo, the foil weaver and flute player, and Guan Ying, the silk-slinger seller in the neighboring village and county's mausoleum of King Hao, were of similar age and had similar interests, so they became life-and-death friends. Liu Bang, a young man, was dissatisfied with the tyranny of the Qin Dynasty and once prayed in front of the God of Taishan Temple in the village: If I can eliminate the Qin chaos and ascend to the throne, I will rebuild the palace and build the body of the god in gold. Then I will revolt in Peiting and lead three thousand children of Pei County to gallop on the battlefield. , destroyed Qin Jianchu, established the Han Dynasty, rested with the people, promoted culture, expanded territory, and made China the most powerful and civilized great country. Wang Ling, Zhou Bo, and Guan Ying made outstanding contributions and were named marquises, and successively served as prime ministers. Therefore, Anguo has had the reputation of "one emperor, three prime ministers, and three princes in five li" since ancient times. In October 195 BC, Emperor Gaozu returned to his hometown of Peixian County, held a banquet with his parents, presented iron scrolls, gave money, and sang a great song. He also visited Anguo's hometown, visited his fellow villagers, and rebuilt temples. To commemorate the prosperous times, my father took the hoof prints of the drinking horse beside Gaozu's well and built a pavilion with beautiful stones to collect the hoof prints. The seal stone still exists today. Since then, the pavilion has been repeatedly destroyed and repaired, and it no longer exists today. County Party Committee Secretary Feng Xingzhen and Town Party Committee Secretary He Lei have visited Liubangdian Village for inspection and research many times. Initiated by Jiang Xu, Zhang Shouguo, Liu Hongbin and others, Li Jidian, Li Xinrong and others formed a reconstruction preparatory group. All the villagers strongly supported it, and the surrounding neighbors helped greatly. The restoration of Gaozu Yinmating Pavilion was completed and a monument was erected to commemorate it
