What about the barometer? Teach you to read a barometer in a few minutes.
Barometer is a kind of pneumatic tire barometer, which consists of meter head, piston, meter body, ruler, main spring and so on. There is only one pneumatic measuring port on the meter head, which is simple in structure, small in measuring range, high in accuracy and convenient to use. It is suitable for tire pressure measurement of mini-cars and motorcycles.
How to use:
1. The included angle between the center line of the air pressure metering port and the axis of the body is 90-180. The scale is quadrilateral, and the scale value is 0.07Wpa-0.4Wpa. Before reading, tap the instrument shell or surface glass with your fingers to eliminate the friction in the transmission mechanism.
2. When observing, the pointer overlaps with the mirror pointer. At this time, the indicated value of the pointer is air pressure, and the reading is accurate to one decimal place. Read the temperature value on the barometer to one decimal place.
3. Align the gap at the measuring end of the barometer with the tire valve and press it hard. At this time, the pointer of the tire barometer deflects, and its indicated value is the inflation pressure of the tire, or the benchmark of the tire barometer is pushed out under the action of air pressure.
At this time, the value displayed on the benchmark is the inflation pressure of the tire. The greater the pressure in the tire, the more biased the index is. Precautions:
Inner ring value: pounds per square inch
Outer ring value: kgf/cm2 (engineering atmospheric pressure) = 1.033 standard atmospheric pressure = 1.02bar.
If it is a car tire, it is generally 2.0 ~ 2.5 bar, not more than 3.5 bar.
If it is a light truck tire, it is generally level 6, 3.0 ~ 3.5; Grade 8 is 4.0 ~ 4.5 bar, and grade 10 does not exceed 5.5 bar.
If it is a trailer tire, it generally does not exceed 4.2 bar.
The standard tire pressure is marked on the driver's door or brake edge (in addition, this standard value can also be found on the fuel tank cover and in the manual). It should be noted that there are different standard units of air pressure, generally there are 3~4 kinds. Just like there are three or four marking units such as kg/cm2, bar, PSI and kpa on the barometer, the conversion relationship between them is as follows:1bar =1.02kg/cm2 =102kpa =14.5psi, and see how much the difference between the measured value and the standard value is.
If it is too high, let out some air; If it is too low, replenish air until the tire pressure matches the standard pressure. Note that if the vehicle needs to be inflated, the pump can be solved on the spot. If there is no owner, you need to go to the nearest tire shop to inflate. It is best to choose the distance to the inflation point not to exceed 1.6Km, because it is accurate that the tire pressure is still within 1.6km after standing for 4 hours. If it exceeds 1.6Km, charge 5% more.
According to relevant data, the standard air pressure of ordinary automobile tires is the best: 2.5kg for the front wheel in winter, 2.7kg for the rear wheel, 2.3kg for the front wheel and 2.5kg for the rear wheel in summer, which can not only ensure driving safety and comfort, but also minimize fuel consumption.
People who have a car at home or are going to buy a car must read my article carefully, because it can be used in daily life, know the standard air pressure of their cars, and often check the barometer of their tires.
See if it meets the normal air pressure standard, so as to improve and adjust it immediately. For automobile tires, barometer is essential, so it is necessary to learn to read barometer. After my introduction, did you learn to read the barometer?
