1. nanzenji

4. Guangji Temple

Commonly known as West Temple, it is located in West Street, Wutai County, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province. It was built in Zheng Zheng period and partially renovated in Ming and Qing Dynasties. The gate of the temple is near the street. Guanyin is offered in the east and west halls in the courtyard, and two bodhisattvas are hidden underground. In the middle is Tommy Hall, and finally there are five rows of Ursa Major halls. The Ursa Major Hall and the statues inside are still well preserved. The hall is a five-bay hanging mountain style, with only two gold pillars inside, and the space is active and wide. There are statues of Buddha, Bodhisattva, King Kong in the temple, and forests, lions and elephants on both sides, all of which are fine works of the Yuan Dynasty. The octagonal stone building in the Tang Dynasty in front of the temple is about 4 meters high. The stone lion is carved on the seat, and the Buddha statue is carved on the building with a treasure cover at the top. The knife method is simple and the shape is simple.

5. Yanshan Temple

It is a national key cultural relics protection unit, formerly known as Lingyan Temple, located in Tianyan Village, the northern foot of Wutai Mountain in Yukou, southern Fan Shi. It was built in the third year of Jin Dynasty (1 158) and was renovated many times during the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties.

Yanshan Temple faces south and has an irregular rectangular plane. The main hall in the temple has been destroyed. The existing buildings mainly include three south halls, three east and west halls, four other halls, three meditation rooms, a hanging flower gate and a bell tower that doubles as a mountain gate. Except for the South Hall, the rest are buildings from the late Qing Dynasty to the folk era. The temple is lush and gloomy, and the ancient hall is majestic and quiet, as if embedded in the bright pearl of Shan Ye.
