Explanation of the name of Jianjing point
(1 Jianjie point. Jian means that the point is on the shoulder. Jie means dispersion. The name Jianjie means that the water in the ground of the gallbladder meridian is dispersed and diverted here. The substance of this point is the gallbladder meridian. The meridians flowing down from the upper meridians pass through the ground. After reaching this point, the meridians flow into the ground through the pores of the point, and the meridians that fail to flow into the ground flow through the surface of the ground. Beyond the gallbladder meridian, the meridional water seems to be dispersed here, so it is called Jianjie.
(2 Jianjing point. Jiao, arm, means big piece of meat. Jing means a hole in the ground. The name of Shijing means that part of the meridional water flowing down from the gallbladder meridian seeps into the spleen earth muscles. This point is located in the fleshy part of the shoulder, which is the highest point of the local gravity field of the human body. The water in the spleen earth can easily seep out. The water in the muscle layer is sparse, and the water from the upper gallbladder meridian going down to this point is constantly seeping into it, so it is called Jijing.
(3 Hands Shaoyang Yangweizhihui. The qi and blood in this point are the water of the earth's meridians. The qi and blood are mainly concentrated on the surface of the earth. Therefore, the qi and blood of the heavenly level are in an empty state. The blood therefore flows into the acupoint, so this acupoint is the meeting point of the Shaoyang Yang dimension of the hand.
