Throttle moldy
If there is no flameout when crossing the water, it has no effect on the engine, and only automatic flameout and anchoring will have an effect. After crossing deep water, it will generally cause short circuit of wires, poor contact, engine water intake, rust and mildew of car body, cloth and sound insulation layer. So after wading, open the front cover, four doors and trunk, dry it to avoid moisture erosion, and check it carefully.
Of course, you have to swim in the water once, and you can't soak your car in the water. After a long time, water will come in
Even professional top-class off-road vehicles should try to avoid wading, and racers will not wading unless absolutely necessary.
The risk of wading is too great. In case the water exceeds the limit, the car will float, lose its grip and cannot get out of trouble. Just wait for the overhaul.
Next time you have to wade, look at the approximate height of the water. When the water depth is about half the height of the tire, the engine should not be flooded. After the water recedes, you can start it and drive it to the repair shop to clean the chassis or exhaust pipe. When the water depth exceeds half a tire height, the engine room and passenger compartment may have been flooded, and the electrical system may also be short-circuited. Don't start the engine hastily at this time. After the accumulated water recedes, please tow the trailer to the repair shop for maintenance. If you start the car rashly, it may cause serious damage.
Measures after wading:
Check the circuit system
Immediately remove the dressing from the electrical part, dry the wet part and install the fan belt. Check whether there is water in each gearbox, whether there is drift and blockage between the radiator of the water tank, whether the tire is damaged, and whether there is water grass winding under the chassis;
Clean the vehicle in time to restore the braking effect. Don't try to start it before making sure that there is no water in the circuit system, engine parts and other parts, so as not to cause greater losses.
