The school district covers the east of Nanmenjiang River, the south of Chen Hui Road and Nanxiu Road, the west of Tonghui Road, and the north of the junction of Xintang Street and Suoqian, including Hengda Dijing (Blue Moon Dijing Bay), Guangming Shangtan Bay (Lanting on the right bank) and Xincheng Xiangyue Peninsula (Chen Yue Bay). In addition, Cheng Nan Primary School in Shushan Street is listed as an experimental primary school of Zhejiang University's College of Education. In recent years, it is planned to designate the delivery communities such as Dexin Country Garden Yinjiangnan (Yinlan House) and Beichen Aoyuan (Aoyuan).
