Is there a strainer behind the throttle?

When I bought the accelerator cleaner online, an old driver said: The accelerator must be removed and sprayed again, which will lead to black carbon deposit, but many 4S and repair shops spray it directly to save trouble, that is to say, all the cleaned carbon deposits flow into the engine and three-way catalytic converter! This will cause the engine and three-way catalytic converter to be scrapped! ! But, I think: there is oil in the engine! It has the function of self-cleaning. Buy new engine oil first, and spray it directly into the engine without removing the throttle the day before oil change. In this way, after the carbon deposit melts, it will directly enter the engine and mix with the oil! Then the next day, I took the new oil directly to the repair shop to change the oil. In this way, when I put the old engine oil, the carbon deposit in the throttle valve will flow out directly, and it will not harm the engine and three-way catalysis. Is that so? First of all, let's understand how the throttle works. Throttle is the throat of automobile engine, which is a controllable valve to control air entering the engine. The depth of stepping on the accelerator is directly related to the opening of the accelerator, so the performance of idle speed (engine revolutions) and power (speed increase) is closely related to the cleanliness of the accelerator. Generally speaking, the throttle valve is a valve that controls air to enter the engine. After air enters the intake pipe, it will mix with fuel to form combustible gas and burn. It connects the air cleaner and the engine, so it is the throat of the engine. Why does the throttle get dirty and black? 1, air filter is limited. In fact, it is in direct contact with air. In fact, there is an air filter in front, and the air filter is filtered in front, but not everything can be filtered. There will be dust or other dirty things coming into contact with the throttle surface through the throttle. 2. The oil vapor condenses and adheres to the working temperature of the engine, and the oil will produce oil vapor. At idle speed and low speed, oil and gas will condense or flow back to the throttle valve with lower temperature. 3. Mix the dust in the air, the oil vapor and the dust in the air mix together and burn black. Is it better to wash the throttle more often? Usually, 4S shops recommend cleaning the throttle of cars every 20,000 km to 40,000 km. Clean the throttle as often as possible. Excessive cleaning will slowly clean off the special coating of the throttle inner cavity, and the inner cavity will lose the coating, which is more likely to cause greasy adhesion, accelerate the aging of the throttle or increase the throttle load. What will happen if the throttle is not cleaned? If the throttle is not cleaned for a long time, carbon deposit and impurities will affect the accuracy of the throttle opening, and air containing impurities may enter the combustion chamber, which will affect the normal operation of the engine. Its most obvious performance is unstable idle speed. When driving normally, there will be a sudden feeling of oil collection, the power will be worse than before, the fuel consumption will also increase, and sometimes there will be problems such as starting difficulties and even engine failure. When will the throttle be cleaned? How to clean it? Cleaning the throttle is best judged according to the power feedback of the vehicle. If the idle speed of the vehicle is unstable, it is difficult to start, and the power drops, it is not too late to clean the throttle. There are two ways to clean the throttle valve, namely, disassembly-free cleaning and disassembly-cleaning, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. The biggest feature of disassembly-free cleaning is its simplicity and convenience. Spray the throttle cleaner directly on the wiping cloth or directly on the throttle, and then scrub the throttle. The disadvantage is that the cleaning effect is average, which is suitable for the throttle that is not particularly dirty. Be careful not to spray into the pipeline behind the throttle, which will cause secondary damage to the throttle. Disassembly and cleaning is a little troublesome, and the whole throttle assembly needs to be removed, and then thoroughly cleaned with special cleaning agent before recovery. Although the steps are cumbersome, the advantage is that the cleaning effect is thorough and the maintenance price of 4S shop is relatively expensive. Different car brands need to reset the throttle opening after cleaning the throttle, otherwise the car computer has memorized the opening when there is carbon deposit. If it is not reset, the idle speed of the engine is unstable and the speed is high, and the result is not worth the loss. There are no obvious symptoms when the throttle is not clean, so it is not recommended to clean the throttle. All EFI vehicles, as long as the engine is empty, slam on the accelerator for 3000 revolutions in neutral, and then suddenly collect oil. Pay attention to the tachometer pointer at this time! 1. When the pointer quickly drops to 1000 to 1200 rpm, the pointer will pause a little, then drop to about 800 rpm, and the idle speed will be stable. The throttle is completely normal at this time! 2. When the pointer quickly drops to about 800 rpm and stabilizes, the throttle is slightly dirty, but it still doesn't need cleaning, which is basically normal! 3. When the pointer quickly drops to below 800 rpm or even 700 rpm, and then slowly rises to around 800 rpm, the idle speed follows from small to large, so congratulations, the throttle has been seriously fouled and needs to be cleaned immediately! @20 19
