How to avoid injury in badminton?
The most common injuries are feet and ankles; Boys are more likely to be injured than girls, and the reason is that boys have greater joint mobility and faster speed. People who take badminton as leisure are more likely to be injured than those who specialize in badminton, because excellent athletes are injured because of long exercise and practice time, while leisure athletes are injured because of poor training, fitness, technology and equipment. However, the average recovery period of badminton injuries is quite long, about 48 days, and many of them are caused by overuse, because you can continue to practice patiently, which can also explain why the recovery period of injuries is longer.
Compared with professional athletes, amateur athletes' sports injuries are mostly acute injuries, which are mostly caused by irregular movement techniques while playing, and the prone parts are mostly wrists and rotator cuff.
I. Types of injuries
(1) Introduction and prevention of fever;
Badminton is played in a relatively closed windless room to avoid the interference of wind and airflow. During the competition, the players sweat, and the sweat can't evaporate, or there is no airflow after evaporation, which leads to indoor sultry, prone to dry skin, blushing, sweating disorder, leading to weakness and dizziness of limbs, and in severe cases, vomiting, diarrhea or loss of appetite, listlessness, laziness and other symptoms.
Treatment method:
In hot weather, the lack of trainers do not do or do less training activities that last for a long time and consume a lot of physical strength. Especially at noon and in summer when the sun is strongest from 12 to 15. If you feel headache or dizziness, please rest in the shade. Pay attention to the intake of water and Polygonum hydropiper. At least 30-50g of Polygonum hydropiper should be supplemented every day. You can take Polygonum hydropiper or drinks containing Polygonum hydropiper, and rest in a ventilated and convective place during non-competition. Don't always "adapt" to a bad environment.
If the patient is awake during the treatment, quickly move the patient to a cool place, cold compress the head and neck with cold water, and replenish drinks.
(2) Shoulder injury
Shoulder, elbow and wrist are interrelated. In forehand and backhand strokes, the flexion and extension must be combined with the rotation of the shoulder to produce the maximum strength. Therefore, the muscle strength training and stretching of these muscle groups should be considered during training. Excessive use of the ball can cause biceps brachii strain or inflammation. This article comes from badminton knowledge teaching network. In addition, shoulder muscles such as deltoid, trapezius, rotator and rhomboid are prone to inflammation due to excessive use of swing without proper rest and treatment.
① Causes of seizure syndrome:
When hitting the ball, the shoulder joint often moves forward, abducts and raises its head, causing the humeral tubercle to hit the acromion of the scapula, causing discomfort.
Symptoms:
When the supraspinatus muscle, biceps brachii long head and subacromial bursa and coracoid acromion ligament at the front edge of acromion are injured, there will be subacromial pain at 60- 120 degrees (the most painful at 90 degrees), and palpation will also be painful.
Treatment method:
Gradually warming up, slowly stretching, rest, ice compression in acute stage, and hyperthermia in chronic stage.
② Habitual dislocation
The correct treatment of shoulder dislocation should be fixed for at least one month, and the surrounding soft tissue should be treated and healed. If it is not completely healed, the joint cavity will not be completely healed and local scabs will appear, which will expand the space of joint cavity and activity space and dislocation will occur when it moves to a certain angle. If there is no complete and correct treatment, the situation will continue, which will lead to poor local blood circulation over time.
Reason:
The muscle strength of internal rotation and external rotation is unbalanced, and the excessive relaxation or insufficient relaxation of joint capsule generally refers to the posterior joint capsule.
