Project research is an important way for teachers to grow up.
Every teacher should and can have his own research topic.
Before cutting into the topic of communication, I'd like to talk about a few thoughts:
*. Project research is a slow art.
From the discovery of teaching problems to the application for normative research, to the establishment of projects and research, and finally to the summary and practical application of research results, it takes as little as one year and as much as three to five years. We can tell you with confidence that it is impossible to solve the problem of how to do a good job in research through one communication, and there is no guarantee that everyone will gain something very useful. I look forward to communicating with you effectively according to specific problems in the future work, and looking for better and more educational solutions.
*. The research of this subject is highly academic.
Because I have not received special formal training, I can successfully complete three national projects and 1 provincial and ministerial projects, relying on the guidance of the competent scientific research leaders, and the research on the projects is very academic, so I beg the teacher to correct me if there are any mistakes in the communication.
*. How to face up to lecture exchange or training?
Attending classes just for communication or training is very inefficient and may even be meaningless. Listening to lectures is a process of "knowing" and an input of information. The truly meaningful way is "integration of knowledge and practice", so I look forward to "doing" more with you. "Doing" is the output of information. In doing, more "knowledge" is verified, and more "doing" methods are found in "knowledge".
I will take my 20 18 project "Problems and Strategies of Rural Dropouts" as an example to talk about my thoughts in the research from three aspects.
First, the significance of the study
As the saying goes, "teaching without research is shallow, and research without teaching is empty."
Project research is a higher form of teacher education research, a way to explore scientific teaching, a guarantee to improve the quality of education, an important way for teachers' professional growth and an important content of school-based teaching and research.
Its specific significance lies in:
1. Promote the deepening of school education and teaching reform; 2. Comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching; 3. Enrich the theoretical system of modern educational technology; 4. Effectively improve the quality of teachers.
Why is project research so important and decisive for education and teaching? Everyone agrees that "education reform and teachers' development can not be separated from teachers' reading, writing, thinking and acting", and subject research is the exhibition stage of reading, writing, thinking and acting.
However, when it comes to the subject research in education and teaching, we either don't know enough or think that the subject research is "out of reach". In fact, project research is a scientific research activity that every teacher should and can do. As long as you master the methods and skills of project research and put them into practice, every teacher can have his own research project.
Second, the basic procedure of research.
65438 +0? Theme selection: selected theme
Number two? Declaration: fill in the project application and review.
(Planning Department, Teaching and Research Section: expert argumentation and evaluation)
Number three? Opening a topic: after the project is established, open a topic and make a research plan.
Number four? Carry out: carry out research, collect and sort out information.
Number five? Closing the case: write the investigation report, fill in the closing appraisal, and sort out and improve the materials needed for closing the case.
(Planning Department, Teaching and Research Section: Expert Appraisal)
Number six? Follow-up: publicizing achievements
Third, some thoughts in the research.
65438 +0? How to choose a topic: choose a topic
1. Based on teaching, I am good at combining the current situation of educational reform, work practice and my own interests, and paying attention to the current situation of majors and hot topics and the needs of education and teaching.
Such as: dropping out of school, bilingual teaching strategy in ethnic minority areas, management of left-behind children, and my recent thinking of "deliberate practice", deep learning, landing core literacy and so on.
2. General principles of topic selection: small, new, solid and deep.
"small" means that the topic you choose is within your power, that is, your daily work; "New" means having new ideas; "Reality" is practical, practical and feasible, and it can be learned in daily work to improve work efficiency; "Deep" means having a certain depth, that is, having a certain value.
3. Instructions in the study guide
Seriously study the topic selection guidelines issued by education departments at all levels, and determine the topic selection scope according to local conditions.
4. Proposed theme
Ideographic characters should be accurate, standardized and clear.
Such as: "Research on Students' Self-education and Self-development Mode" (What should we study? )
Practical research on "two courses" and exploration and research on double-subject teaching mode (inaccurate).
Another example: "Study on the Problems and Strategies of Dropout in Rural Areas" (is the meaning, expression and object clear? )
20 19 comparison of some projects of provincial philosophy society;
Research on the achievements and experience of Yunnan higher education in the 70 years since New China (key topic), research on improving the information teaching ability of college teachers under the condition of internet plus, research on cultivating feelings of home and country in middle school history teaching, research on comprehensive practical course of shift system in primary schools and practice of improving students' core literacy, research on teaching strategy of Chinese task writing in junior high schools based on core literacy, research on the practice and application of middle school career planning course under the background of new college entrance examination (. )
Number two? How to declare: fill in the project application evaluation form.
1. Fill in the evaluation form (the evaluation contents of scientific research departments at all levels are similar, taking the provincial level as an example).
(1) contains contents (please refer to the application evaluation for all items).
(2) Highlights: Table 4. Project design demonstration; Table 5. Conditions and guarantees for the completion of the project; Table 6. Expected research results
I. Table 4. Project Design Demonstration (please fill in the required elements item by item, within 4,000 words)
1. Research value: the definition of the core concept of this project, a summary of the status quo of similar research at home and abroad, the significance of topic selection and research value;
A. How to define the core concept (closely related to the nature of the topic)
Combined with the research topic and the content and scope to be studied, the core concepts are "modified" to determine the scope. For example, the study of "exercise" can be defined as "self-correction exercise". The more revisions, the clearer the definition, and the clearer the research object and content.
Concept definition is an important content of this subject. Although these contents only account for a small proportion in the project application, they occupy an important position in the whole project research. If the concept is not clearly defined, the project may not be carried out.
B research status (hownet search, consulting materials, consulting experts, etc.). )
It includes not only the research status of oneself, but also the research status of the same subject done by others, with special emphasis on the research status of others.
The writing of research status requires applicants to master a large number of domestic and foreign research materials directly or indirectly related to the subject, especially the most direct, basic and authoritative materials related to the subject. Without the most basic and comprehensive research materials, the applicant's ability to collect documents is limited, which also shows that his research vision is not broad enough and the limitations of his research are still relatively large.
The writing of research status quo is based on other people's research data, and the comprehensiveness of the data requires both books and periodicals; There must be both domestic and foreign materials; There must be both directly related materials and indirectly related materials ... in short, everything is available!
C. Significance of topic selection and research value (practical and research significance)
The significance of topic selection, also known as the value of topic selection, can generally be dealt with from two aspects: theoretical significance and practical value.
The theoretical significance of topic selection, also known as theoretical value, refers to the positive influence of topic selection research on academic qualifications in this field, including the promotion and innovation of theoretical development; The practical significance of topic selection, also known as application value, refers to the positive influence of topic selection research on practice, including improvement, promotion or enlightenment to practice.
2 Research content: the research object, main objectives, overall framework, key points and difficulties of this project;
A. Objectives of the study
The research goal is the expected result of the research. Clear research objectives have a direction and guiding role in the research of the subject. The description of the research objectives should be specific, clear, organized and appropriate. Every goal should be expounded from two aspects: means and intention or expected result.
B. Content of the study
The content of the research is mainly the research problems involved in the subject, which is generally determined according to the research objectives. That is, according to the research objectives, some related issues, also called content, are listed, presented one by one according to the logical relationship of content, and the content is briefly introduced.
3. Ideas and methods: the basic ideas, specific research methods, research plans and feasibility of this project;
A. Research ideas
The research idea is that the research implementation of the whole project is the overall planning of the research by the project applicant. This part should be written clearly how to do it, and the research ideas should be clear and organized.
B. Research methods
Research method is a necessary means of subject research, and various research methods are often used in subject research. The commonly used research methods are literature, action research, investigation, case study, experience summary, experimental research, mathematical statistics, detection analysis, tracking comparison, practical application and so on. The writing of research methods will generally list the research methods to be adopted and explain them a little.
C. Research plan and its feasibility, that is, the steps of research
The research step, also called the research stage, is the arrangement of activities to study the concrete implementation. The research steps should be written in detail, and every major activity should be regarded as a research step. Try to write clearly the time, place, purpose, content, person in charge and participants of the activity. Major activities, including holding special lectures, organizing special theoretical studies, visiting, conducting educational surveys, conducting educational experiments, organizing on-site observation, attending lectures and evaluating classes, and holding special seminars.
The research steps are generally divided into three stages: preparation stage, implementation stage and summary stage. There are also projects that divide the research steps into four or five stages according to their own conditions.
The research preparation stage generally includes topic selection, consulting materials, theoretical preparation, scheme demonstration, team organization and division of labor.
The research implementation stage, that is, the research development stage, generally focuses on the research objectives and research assumptions, and conducts research or experimental research on the research content of the design. This stage often requires a mid-term summary or mid-term inspection, that is, a systematic reflection on the situation in the process of discipline practice.
In the research summary stage, the main work is to sort out the research results, write the conclusion report, prepare the conclusion and identify the results.
The formulation of the research stage should be scientific, reasonable, detailed and practical. Each stage should indicate the start and end time (year, month), the research objectives, tasks and main research steps to be completed in each stage. The writing requirements in the research stage are concise, and detailed statements are not required, but important activities related to this topic must be clearly stated.
4. Innovation: the characteristics and innovation of academic ideas, academic viewpoints and research methods;
The important value of subject research lies in innovation. It can be said that without innovation, the research of the subject lacks value. Quasi-innovation is the possible innovation brought by subject research.
The innovations of this study are as follows:
First, development and innovation, that is, subject research will further push the research forward on the basis of previous research, break through the existing research dilemma and solve the unsolved problems of existing research.
The second is to explore and innovate, that is, to explore the research field from a new angle and open up new research fields.
The third is cognitive innovation, that is, the research of the subject looks at the old problems from a new perspective, thus bringing new understanding to the old problems.
Fourth, means innovation, that is, adopting new research methods, means and tools in research, thus bringing new solutions to research problems.
Of course, a study cannot include all the above innovations, nor can there be too many innovations. Two or three innovations will be very good.
5. Previous achievements: the achievements of the project leader's previous research in recent years and the social effects produced by the achievements;
6. Expected results: the form of results, the direction of use and the expected social effect;
According to the research objectives and contents, according to the research significance to be achieved when selecting the topic, and referring to the research methods and the results produced by each research method, fill in. For example, one step in your research method is xxx questionnaire survey, and the expected result is xxx survey report.
7 References: The main Chinese and foreign references studied in this project shall not exceed 15.
By the way: Why should we focus on "project design demonstration"? Because first, whether our project can attract the attention of expert judges and be recognized depends on these seven points of design and expression; Second, no matter which angle we are going to choose to do research, we should use these seven aspects to think and design, so as to weigh whether we can do it. Can you do it? Does it make sense? For example, some teaching problems are of great significance to our research, but considering the seven aspects, it may be that our level and conditions are unable to carry out research.
II. Table 5: Conditions and Guarantees for Project Completion (please fill in the required elements item by item, within 1500 words).
Educational background (such as position, major, age, etc.). ), the research experience and important research projects completed by the person in charge and the main participants; Guarantee conditions for completing the project (i.e. people, money, materials and time for project research, such as research materials, experimental instruments and equipment, supporting funds, research time and conditions of the unit, etc.). ).

Number three? How to open a topic: after the project is established, open a topic and make a research plan.
1. Fill in the "Opening Report" (re-examine the relevant contents of the research project, check and fill the gaps, and make improvements)
2. Write the opening argument report (ppt courseware is often needed for this form of report).
In general, the opening presentation report should specifically elaborate the following aspects:
(1) purpose of topic selection: explain why this topic is chosen and what purpose is to be achieved through this research.
(2) The value of the selected topic: the basis of the selected topic, the significance of answering the relevant selected topic in solving practical educational problems (including the problems existing in the educational work in our school and the region) or answering educational theoretical questions, what contribution it has made to the educational reform and development, and what is the basis of the selected topic.
(3) Research conditions: This part should explain the preliminary preparation of the subject, what objective conditions are involved in the subject research, whether they can all be met, and whether the researcher has enough knowledge, ability, confidence and time to proceed from his own point of view.
(4) Research plan: It involves research hypothesis, research steps, expenditure plan, division of labor among members of the research group, etc. If it is a large project, it is necessary to formulate corresponding project management measures, and clarify the responsibilities of project members, project fund management, project file management, etc. The research plan part should explain the general idea of the plan, whether the plan is complete and the relationship between the parts of the plan. This is the main content of writing the opening argument.
(5) Process analysis: Research process analysis is to analyze possible problems and countermeasures in the research process.
(6) Outcome prediction: Outcome prediction is to predict what may happen and whether it will bring adverse consequences.
3. Send the "opening report" to the superior planning office, and the expert group will "investigate" in advance.

Number four? How to carry out: carry out research, collect and sort out information
1. Get information
Carefully and extensively study references, collect first-hand information, and make clear the correct orientation, so as to provide some theoretical basis and existing practice for the research of the subject.
By studying the necessary references, we can clarify some core elements, broaden the research ideas, lay a solid foundation for implementing scientific research according to local conditions, provide a reasonable high-level theoretical basis for writing research reports and related scientific research papers, and make our research go out of vulgarity and have a certain level.
2. Study the submitted materials.
Read the application review, opening report and implementation plan repeatedly, find out the "main points", draw a "map", list "projects" and draw up a "small" development plan.
Therefore, in the specific development, our research group has set up 448 pages of attachment materials divided into two volumes to promote the implementation of the research.
3. According to the requirements of the conclusion, "correct" and carry out the "route", so as to have a clear aim and improve the research efficiency.
In the implementation of the research, the superior scientific research management department will issue the required closing materials, that is, the main materials, and we will collect them according to the required materials.
4. Arrangements for writing and publishing research results (important evaluation content of conclusions)
According to the items listed in the expected results, only a few suggestions can be made, and investigation reports and educational academic papers will be written and published in advance.
5. Forms of scientific research achievements
