What is the current progress of Buildings 4, 5 and 3 of Xi 'an Wei Zi Xitang Phase II?

It's almost finished, and the fourth, fifth and third buildings of the second phase of Xi Weizi Xitang are almost finished. Xi 'an, referred to as "Gao", was called Chang 'an and Haojing in ancient times. It is the capital of Shaanxi Province, a sub-provincial city, a megacity, the core city of Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration, and an important central city in western China determined by the State Council.
