Cai Tingkai's former residence is located in Longyan Village, Luo Jing Town, luoding city. Built in the early years of the Republic of China, it is a typical farmhouse in western Guangdong with brick and wood structure, covering an area of more than 7000 square meters. There are attics on both sides of the main house, and built-in dark corridors run through the whole house. There are attached houses on both sides, including pigsty, cowshed, fried rice room and toilet. There are watchtowers at the two corners of the back seat. There are terraces and ponds in front of the house. There are vegetable gardens, orchards and stone walls behind the house. A water well is set in the roadway. Restored on 1992, Wu Nansheng inscribed a plaque for the former residence.
1On May 20th, 1985, the luoding city Municipal Government announced the first batch of cultural relics protection units. 1989, the Guangdong Provincial Government announced the third batch of cultural relics protection units in Guangdong Province, which were the revolutionary history education bases of Yunfu City and luoding city City. In recent years, the average number of tourists is about 20 thousand.
