Tengchong must-see attractions: Volcano Geothermal Park. Tengchong is the most typical geothermal area of young active volcano in China and one of the four major volcanic groups in China. Tengchong has 97 volcanoes. Looking around, all the mountains you can see are volcanoes, and every volcano is an active volcano in dormancy. The last eruption was 7000 years ago. Tengchong must-see scenic spot: beihai wetland. Tengchong beihai wetland Nature Reserve is located in the northwest of the county, 2.5 km away from the urban area12, and in Daju Township. It is one of the 33 national key wetlands in China and the only national wetland reserve in Yunnan Province.
Tengchong must-see scenic spot: Ginkgo Village in Gudong. Yinxing Village is a primitive village in Tengchong County, Yunnan Province. More than 3,000 ginkgo trees are dotted inside and outside the farmhouse, making it the most popular destination in Tengchong in late autumn.
